POR DO SOL VIVENDA is a luxury modern and very spacious 4 bed / 4 bath villa which comfortably sleeps 10 people (using one portable cot and sturdy child cot). There is aircon to all bedrooms. Internet access available on request. The villa has its own fully furnished private 10m x 5m heated pool with night lights at the rear of the villa. There is deep bamboo shade and parasols for hotter months. The pool is HEATED FREE OF CHARGE March to end October. Surrounding the pool is a superb garden with grass for children to plan and a second seating area under a pergola. Also in the garden is table tennis and a boules area. Something for everyone.. The villa is gated with off road parking area.

Por do Sol Vivenda is exceptionally well equipped in a plot size of approx one half acre. Includes lots of family games, DVDs, inflatables and a set of golf clubs. Set in the unspoilt very low cost Eastern Algarve. Beaches, beach islands and golf all within 10-15 mins drive so this is an ideal location for a family holiday. The villa is importantly not isolated but in a lovely unspoilt countryside setting with other luxury villas.
Price includes: All linen, towels, 8 beach towels, villa cleaning, heated pool (FREE OF CHARGE) March to end October) and services of local manager. Aircon (warm for cooler months, cold for hotter months) obligatory extra at £85/wk to ensure your maximum enjoyment of the villa.
Please note: The pool can be heated November to end February but at extra charge. No guarantees can be given about water temperature at this time as heatpump relies on ambient temperature. But we will try our best!

There is a fantastic bistro restaurant offering excellent low cost food only 800m from the villa, a gentle 15 min walk through lovely countryside, where our clients go time and time again.. You will be amazed with the low cost of living in the Eastern Algarve - real value for money despite the euro/sterling exchange rate.
The surrounding area is unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. There are glorious beaches and beach islands nearby, the closest being at Fuseta just 8 miles away with permanent beach, lagoon and boats to islands. In Olhao you can also take a boat to three superb islands.
There are five golf courses all within 20+ mins to the East including Benamor, Ria and the championship Quinta de Cima golf course, named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Course in Portugal. The outstanding new Monte Rei course is approx 25 mins away. Easy access to all the Central Algarve golf course in Villamoura, Quinta da Lago, approx 25 mins by car.
Moncarapacho is approx 5 mins drive from the villa with supermarkets, bank, petrol station, quiet bars, daily market, excellent restaurants, dentist, pharmacy, museum and other shops. Olhao with wonderful fish/veg markets and restaurants approx 7-8 mins by car.
The villa is of the highest specification - with marble floors throughout, stylish modern furniture and very comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.. It is gated, with off road parking and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It has its own 10m x 5m heated pool at the rear of the property with large fully equipped pool terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs. A bamboo pergola offers deep shade for hotter months. To the side of the terrace is a large BBQ, boules area and table tennis. There is a superb second seating area with stone table and benches for up to 12 people in the garden.
There are 4 very spacious bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins. All have floor to ceiling cupboards. Also 3 luxury fully tiled bathrooms and one shower/wc. Both double rooms have ensuite bathrooms, the double ensuite bedroom on the first floor has a corner bath and its own furnished terrace .. you will fight over this one!! The villa can accommodate up to 10 people using a sturdy portable folding bed and cot. Highchair also supplied. There is a digital safe in the villa
The marble topped kitchen has everything you could wish for including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and broad range of electrical items. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
The exceptionally large lounge - with large dining area off - comfortably seats 8-10 with open fireplace, satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels), DVD which also plays CDS. There are doors leading to the pool and terrace.
There are plenty of books, DVDs and games in the villa for your use. There is also a full set of golf clubs should you wish to play in one of the many golf courses. Boules and table tennis in the garden so an ideal villa for family groups.

THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now developed into a pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, many fish restaurants and shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. Close by you can travel by ferry boat to many offshore beaches.
Seville can be reached within 90 minutes, Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing!!
For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and birdwatching.
This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve where eating out on wonderful local fish and wine is still surprisingly inexpensive and the bistro only 800m serves excellent rustic food and drink at low cost.
