We took our whole family to this great house,our two sons their wives and our two grandsons. The house was so roomy we all had our own space. We all found the property and location far better than our expectation. Yvonne and husband were brill arranged everything for us including very reasonable transfers. We would deffinately go back.

We rented the villa mid September for my hen party and we all loved it. We were met at the property with the keys and there were drinks and snacks already in the fridge! The pools were all lovely and very relaxing. The marina is about a 15 minute stroll where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, and there is a very handy supermarket on the complex too. We only rented the villa for four days but wish we could have stayed longer. It was exactly what we expected and more. In fact most of us want to return to the Old Village with our families in the future as we were so impressed. The transfers were also good value for money too. Thank you so much for making my hen party so memorable, we will all be back!

Firstly Yvonne the owner was very helpful indeed - thanks Yvonnne. The house is great, well equipped and very spacious. Its very clean and has modern furniture. Its also well situated within the complex as other properties can be close to the bar which can be loud late at night. The complex is great for children and beautifully maintained. A would certainly return and recommend this house highly. My only addition would be that to make it extra excellent air conditioning would be great - but the lack of this was not a negative. A great place to stay with a very helpful owner!

The property was excellent, a real home from home, there was nothing it didnt have, clean, beautifully decorated, lots of space, very very well equipt. Beautiful surroundings, Would definitely recommend.

From the minute we booked to when we left YVONNE was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble.
This was my 3rd visit to the old village and by far the best .
there was 4 adults and 4 kids on our trip
The house is fantastic, I was not expecting the it to be as good as it is.
Excellent construction, roomy and very confortable. It was a surprise to find out how spacious it was
The house had all the necessary utensils for the everyday holiday life . staying here allowed us to easily get to the center of Vilamoura.
The pool is something we will not forget..kids really enjoyed it , good nights spent on complex
I recommend to all future guests, and if chance permit, we will return..

We had a large party of 9 and felt we had enough space for all. The villa had everything we needed and more, well positioned and comfortable. The kids had their freedom around the old village with their pick of pools and their was plenty to do and see close by. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for both families. Thank you.

This is a fantastic house which exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this villa and have already passed on details to some colleagues. We booked two houses close together and with 11 adults and 6 kids we had more than enough room. All of the facilities were brilliant and we will definitely be back again.

The property was all I expected it to be the house was clean, fully equipped and spacious. Ten family members shared the house from ages 15 to 70 (we went especially to celebrate my mums 70th birthday which we shared whilst out in Portugal) - she loved every single moment of our holiday...she even cooked for us a few times with pleasure!
The house easily accommodated all 10 of us without any of us feeling we were on top of each other...everything stated in the description was correct except of course the distance from the marina and the beach...but even then if they were talking driving distance then they were correct...however the walk was approx 12 minutes and it did those not use to exercise some good!
Yvonne, the landlady, met us on our first morning and saw to all our needs she is a very friendly, helpful and lovely lady.
As our family have big personalities and can be quite boisterous at times of enjoyment (and the odd contention) we met with a few complaints but nothing in the end that spoilt our joy...and hopefully none of the residents!
I would thorougly recommend and would easily stay there again if I chose to travel to the Algarve in the future...God willing!

We have recently had a fantastic 11 nights at this property and would highly recommend it. The complex is well maintained and there are a selec tion of bars and restaurants to choose from if you dont want to go to the Marina every night. There are 3 pools to choose from which do charge for sunbed use which we thought was bad but this is nothing to do with the villa owner and we were advised of this prior to going. The villa itself was superb - very clean and had everything you could need. The villa will comfortably sleep 10 although we only had 8 people in the end. Yvonne, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, the welcome pack is a nice gesture and very useful to get you started. Would definately come again. Thank you very much Yvonne!

The only area could improve this property would be the addition of Air conditioning. I would hesitate in booking again in the month of July & August as the weather is very hot then and to sleep comfortable I would need A/C.

the property was of excellent standard i took 9 family members with me and you didnt feel you was on top of each other it had all you needed like home from home with a welcome pack on arrival i was very pleased i will be going back the old village is also well maintained with plenty of places to eat out we all had a brilliant time and the oldest of the group was 86 year old all in all fab
