The Villa:

This modern state of the art villa, situated on the edge of the famous Costa Adeje Golf Course in South Tenerife. No expense has been spared in furnishing this luxury villa and it provides not only high class accommodation but amazing views too!

It is located about 15 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.

This luxury villa to rent is simply unadulterated luxury - and also set in one of the best locations in Tenerife. As well as luxury furnishings, the property has a heated pool and is air-conditioned throughout too!

The kitchen is seperate with a serving hatch to the dining area and is fully equipped with all modern appliances which include, dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and fully stocked with crockery and glasses. A door leads off from the kitchen to the seperate utility room with washing machine.

The dining area is beautfully furnished with table and 6 chairs. A couple of steps lead down from the dining are into the open lounge where you can enjoy watching the 42 inch Flat screen television, which also has a British TV package including, BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4 and Channel 5, plus a DVD player. There is a large chocolate leather corner sofa for comfort.

This is a gorgeous villa to rent in Costa Adeje Tenerife. There are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms 2 being double rooms with king size beds and ample fitted wardrobe space and the third is a twin room which is situated on the ground floor and has use of the seperate shower room.

Upstairs are the 2 doubles, the master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over there is a further seperate bathroom upstairs with shower.

The 2 double bedrooms have access via patio doors onto the top terrace with comfortable seating and fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean. Look left to Las Americas, forward to La Gomera, and right towards Playa Paraiso.

Patio doors open onto the terrace with comfortable sofas and table for enjoying a cold drink, to the side of this terrace there is also a 6 seater patio table and a gas BBQ. The pool area is immaculately kept with artificial grass keeping it clean and tidy. It is one of the more spacious tpool areas in this location. Te heated swimming pool is 7.5 x 3.25 metres.

This is a truly magnificent property, delicately furnished with the most luxurious fittings and one which will give the guests a memorable holiday.

Location
Externally, the town of Adeje is only one kilometer inland, and the lovely village of La Caleta is on the coastline one kilometer below. There are a large number of high class bars and restaurants available in these locations, and the major towns of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, are only a five to ten minute taxi ride away.

Location: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Las Americas, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Four other golf courses within 20 mins drive.

Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.




Golf and Leisure
For golfers, the course at Adeje, is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course, and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, and there are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur (twenty-seven holes), Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island, and if you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera (35 minutes) and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.

For the rest of us, Tenerife offers every sport and pastime imaginable, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin spotting ,tennis, squash, numerous spas, you name it, we’ve got it! And when you’ve had enough of all that, you can just sunbath 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely dro p below 22º in winter.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
