The Area
You cannot fail to be impressed by the views, and the nearby Adeje Town and the fishing village of La Caleta which are one kilometre away and have an abundance of high quality restaurants and bars. Adeje Golf Course clubhouse is a few minutes walk away, whether you prefer the par 72 “Old Course” Championship Golf Course, the 9 hole Los Lagos par 33, or just to sharpen up your game on the fanciest driving range you have ever seen!
The Villa
This is a property of true, unadulterated luxury, in the best location in Tenerife.
The villa boasts a luxury kitchen, including Oven-hob, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and a large utility room with washing machine and dryer with lounge and separate dining room. In the luxurious lounge there is a large 42” Phillips flatscreen Television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and other English and Spanish channels, as well as a DVD & CD player.
Access is gained outside through the double patio doors, onto the primary terrace and gardens, then onto the grassed area of “nomow”, proceed onto the secondary terrace with table tennis table and the large 7.5 metres by 3.25 metres pool.
The “Master” bedroom boasts ultramodern furnishings, 2 double wardrobes in the dressing area, and a full luxury en suite bathroom. With views to the rear of the villa of the mountains, views to the front to the Atlantic Ocean, then pass through double patio doors to the balcony. The second bedroom boasts its own en-suite shower room, large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. It has French doors through to the balcony, to witness an absolutely awesome view out to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, from the upper balcony shared with the “Master” bedroom. The third twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and there is also a shower room with WC, WHB and shower.
Villa Luca also has electronic remote controlled shutters, on all rear windows for added shade and security.
