Almunecar holiday house

Casa Maracaibo, Almuñecar

The house is oriented to the south and receives sun all day on the front terraces. It is set in a quiet road which has no through traffic. The views from the house are of the coast and the sea and many famous landmarks can be seen siuch as the Castle and the Cross on the Peñon at the end of Playa San Cristobal.

Inside the house has a large living room with dining room extension. In the living room there are sofa and easy chairs seating up to five persons, a home entertainment centre, books and other games sotred on bookshelves and in cupboards, plus several ocassional tables. The living room is carpeted.

The dining room extends off the living room to the rear of the house where there is the kitchen, the staircase and the downstairs shower room. The dining room has a large table and seating for six. It is very light as there is a patio in the centre of the housae which gives light to the dining room and the kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, plus a wide range of kitchenware and sundry food mixers etc.

Both kitchen and dining room floors are tiled for easy cleaning.

Upstairs takes you to the large double bedroom which gives on to the upper terrace, and the twin bedded bedroom which also has a view in the same direction.

The upstairs shower room has a large walk in shower, WC large washbasin and bidet.

Upstairs is carpeted except the bathroom.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
