A beautiful town house, set on a hillside in the pretty Fuentes de Almunecar. It had everything we needed, and was very clean and tidy with modern decor and furnishings. It had amazing views of the sea one side and the Sierra Nevada mountains the other. These views can be seen from an exceptional roof terrace which was very spacious and had a table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue area. It had a lovely lounge and dining area and two large bedrooms. We had a very enjoyable stay at this town house and will be returning in the future to see even more of this beautiful area of Spain

If you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway, this is the place. The condo is very comfortable, with all the facilities of home. The terrace is gorgeous, we spent a lot of time there reading. You can barbecue and have a nice romantic dinner on the terrace. There are two pools on the property. One is very close to the apartment with great views of the ocean and the mountains. The infinity pool is about a 5-8 minute walk if you cut through the other condos and it has amazing breathtaking views. Most of our time was spent by the pools. Hassle free parking is available. We also liked the idea of a welcome basket, we didnt have to worry about food on our first day there. Almunecar is a 10 minute drive, and Granada is about 1 hr. The drive to Granada is very beautiful. If you go to Granada, we highly recommend the dinner and Flamenco show in Sacramento. Overall, we had a great stay!

This house has a unique and spectacular view, which has given us a fantastic holiday in Almuñecar again this year. The house is clean, bright and stylish decorated and contains exactly the things that you need. The house has kitchen on the ground floor and terrace in the second floor that benefits your strength and conditioning :-) All in all some fantastic environment for a wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday with our two children aged 11 and 8. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The roof terrace was great for family meals and for relaxing at various times of the day. The location was ideal for the smaller pool, which was a very short distance away and was well maintained.

A beautiful apartment on 3 floors. The top floor was the roof terrace. Well stocked/clean. Peaceful & scenic. Only bug bear would be the noise of the underground car park door clanging open & shut. I think residents used the main doors to get to their cars rather than use the pedestrian door. You definately need a car as the walk to the village is a good 20 mins and probably 2 hours back! We never did this as it was too hot! Very pretty villages in The Alpujarras but dont bother with Trevelez - highest village in Spain - its a dump & not worth the long jouney. Calpaveira ( I think thats how you spell it) & Bubion were very very pretty as was Frigiliana. Would come again - maybe in Spring next time.
Oh, & the walk back from the Infinity pool is hard work - a total of 172 steps to our apt!!! Needless to say we spent our pool time at the other pool. Very quite & clean. A wonderful holiday.

Quality of apartment has exceeded our expectations! It was more spacious, finished to higher standards and better equipped. I think we missed an iron but Carol provided us with one very quickly, maybe it is good idea to keep one at the apartment?
The location and views from the terrace are stunning! We will definitely recommend your place to our friends.

Very bright and spacious property. Both pools were lovely and well maintained. The welcome pack of food is very useful, especially given the location away from shops.

The description of the property were very good and accurate on the Website.
"Our kids were excited and had all their belongings in place in 30 minuttes".
Improvements:
Driving direction were not good enough. We found the area, but the street name and number were not to be found. We needed to phone the site manager to guide us the last 1000 meters.

Spacious, well appointed, in an excellent urbanisation & extremely well equipped.
The air-conditioning was much welcomed as were the two fabulous pools.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the property.
It is however a short drive from Almunecar & a car is a must. There would be no point in trying to walk down the steep hill to the town in the height of summer, cos you just wouldn't get back! Also, bring you own dvds, for a night in.
If ever in the area in the future, we would happily rent this property again.
Professional service from the owner & managers at all times. Cheers!

We were very happy with our stay in this villa. The property and its amenities and inclusions felt spick and span and brand new. Everything was exactly as decribed in the property summary on the villa website, so if you read that, you will have a very good idea of what the villa is like.
We had a late Saturday arrival, so opted for the welcome hamper and were more than happy with its inclusions.
The managers responded very quickly and efficiently to the couple of requests that we had and although friendly gave us all the space we needed to enjoy our holiday.
There is a large TV and a sound system, but you may wish to bring your own DVDs or CDs as there was only one DVD at the property.
Be aware that the villa is on a fairly steep hill, so you will definitely need a car to get around and the residential complex is quite large although it was very quiet when we were there.
The pools were superb, but they are only officially open from noon to 8pm. The infinity pool in particular is a joy with its glorious view down the coast.
We particularly enjoyed the villa's rooftop terrace and happily had many of our meals up there. It has a lovely view in all directions (although slightly hampered by rooftops in some places).
I was personally a little disappointed with Almunecar itself - but I think that this was just a matter of individual taste. Although it does have a historical quarter and is not anywhere as touristy as the Costa del Sol, it was still a little too touristy for me. But Nerja is nice and the villa is superbly located for day trips to Granada and into the mountains, which we took full advantage of.
