Beautiful, spacious house in a fantastic location. The pool is a great addition and the upstairs terrace has amazing views of the mountains. It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described a traditional house in a quiet village but still close by to the nearest town. Id definitely recommend this house to friends.

The attention to detail by Terry and Ginny was the best we have every experienced on a self catering holida,y leaving you with much more than the essential basics which are usually lacking in other properties. The reviews we read before going were great so our expectations were quite high however it still exceeded them.................thoroughly recommended!!!!!
Thank you

I booked the house for my wife and 2 small children and we all loved it. Despite the worst weather in 60 years, we had a great time and felt really home from home. The wood stove kept us snug in the evening and its a nice touch to include the wood, wish all were the same. Lovely views of the snow mountain tops just from the balcony and great walks right outside your door. The surrounding area is in my opinion one of the most beautiful of the region, but the better know villages like Trevelez are only a short car ride away and the house makes a great base for exploring the whole area. All in all hard to beat and very pleasant owners too! Many thanks.

We loved the house at Torvizcon. It had everything we needed for a good holiday with lots of little extras that we didnt expect. We were there when the weather was cold , but were kept well supplied with wood for the wood burning stoves which kept us very comfortable. It is easily the best property we have ever stayed in.

This is by far the best place I have ever rented and would love to stay again.
Thanks so much to Ginny and to Bridie for enabling us to have such a memorable holiday in a fantastic part of Spain.

Fantastic place in a very characterful and atmospheric village. The house and dipping pool are very tastefully done out and has excellent views in every direction from the poolside and terrace, could have stayed for a month.

100% excellent villa, highly recommend this holiday to anyone who’s looking for a get away from it all holiday. Villa accommodation is very good with all the facilities you need during your stay. Property has been very well restored and has great views from the balcony across Trovizcon and valley. Owner very helpful and comes to meet you to show you the way to the property – Brilliant

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house in a totally unspoilt village in the mountains. The house is really comfortable and spacious and has been very tastefully renovated. The pool is great and there are two secluded sunny terraces with outdoor furniture. There is also a great covered area with an outside fire for dining on chillier evenings. The owners had provided all sorts of little extras for us - there was food and wine on arrival - and have taken every care to ensure that their guests have a great time. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a wonderful time, the property has been restored beautifully and to a very high standard, not usually found in holiday lets! Its friendly and a real 'home from home' . The bedrooms are
very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the best feature has to be the plunge pool and outside sun lounging/eating area - very special. Lots to see - Granada is definately worth a day trip, and the coast - or just tour the mountains, stopping at villages for drinks and tapas in the sunshine. Mmmm

We had a lovely time at the house in Torviscon. The place is really homely and we felt comfortable there as soon as we arrived, especially with all the mod cons and home comforts! The views from the house are stunning and its location really gives you the feeling of being away from it all, which is great for a relaxing holiday. Particular favourite features are the pool and the eating area on the terrace, as well as the balcony upstairs which is perfect for a barbeque. The house is also really well situated for trips into the mountains to places like Pampaneira and to beaches like Salobreña. We would definitely go back for a return visit.

A beautifully renovated property in Las Alpujarras, all we could have wished for. Set in a small village that has everything you need and the added bonus of the local people being very friendly. Recommended.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the village house in Tourviscon. The house has been retored to a good standard with all facilities. The plunge pool was great and a relif as the temprature reached 40c some days.
The garden area is secluded and is not overlooked in any way. All the local people were friendly and helpful.
The mountain setting is stunning and the local town of Orgiva charmng. We ate out there a few times the food was of a good standard and very reasonable.
