Main description
This is a well equipped, comfortably furnished self-catering Spanish villa (semi-detached), sleeps 8 people, in Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain.
Situated in the lovely residential area of Benimar, (off Benijofar), close to the towns of Rojales and Quesada. It is only 30 mins from Alicante airport and 5kms to the nearest coast. There are many nice beaches including La Mata, La Marina, Guardamar and Torrevieja along this coast. Benimar a very relaxing town with friendly locals and a really comfortable, safe feeling about the place. The property is part of an immaculately kept community, sharing a fantastic swimming pool. There are beautiful views and local ammenities within walking distance, including an English pub, restuarants, convienience/grocery store, chemist, CAM bank/ATM.
Ground Floor/First Floor
In the main area of the villa you will find the lounge area with armchairs,TV and coffee table. Dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen comes equipped with fridge freezer, kettle, all utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand. There is also a utility room with washing machine.
WC and wash hand basin.
Balcony (ideal for breakfasting), garden, off-street parking and communal swimming pool.
First Floor
Master bedroom double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe and its own sun terrace which is perfect for sunbathing all day.

Self Contained Basement Apartment/roof
A fully self contained apartment with own entrance, comprising part of the villa.

Roof Terrace
Lovely area for relaxing on sun loungers, barbecue area. Very private with fantastic views all round. Ideal for evening drinks/meal.Drive-way for off street parking. Top floor is a solarium with chairs. There is a communal pool at the rear.
Within a 10 minute drive you have the choice of two golf courses - La Finca Golf Courses and Marquesa course and within 20 minute drive three further golf courses - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play. The Marquesa course in Quesada is the least formal and welcomes children. La Finca is a new and challenging course, and Villa Martin is beautiful. The new Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hour’s drive. Open all year.
Also within a 10 minute drive you have the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina & Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.
It is a 1 hour drive to Terra Mitica one of the best theme parks in the world. Theres something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones, or visit the water park at Aqualandia.
The local waterpark is only 5 mins away and will keep the kids happy and go karting and zoo are all nearby.
Driving is a pleasure as roads are well maintained and traffic virtually non existant.
