El apartamento es una auténtica monada! Acogedor a la par que moderno. La realidad se ajusta a las fotos de la web. El trato del particular excelente, muy atento y agradable. This is a fantastic apartment exactly as advertised. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The Born area is brilliant as it is a short distance from all the sights etc and has a good variety of bars/restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location and cute! (28/10/2007) Carla and 4 friends. We were there for 4 days and loved it, in downtown Barcelona, the streets of the Gothic, very typical and cozy. Excellent decor and close to all transport. What I liked: Location and decor. The Sant Pere square is charming there are restaurants that do very good and affordable menu at lunchtime.

I love this apartment, this was my second time here, I also stayed in May in 2009 for 5 nights, with other friends. it is very modern and clean, and you can walk everywhere! No need for taxis, I hope to go back again one day.

Positive about stay It was clean and nice furnished in a modern way (Ikea)! It had a pretty, modern bathroom. It has a good location.
Negative about stay Bed: 2p bed too small for a guy of 1.90m Bathroom: (looks good but,) shower is also not usable for guy of 1.90m. I had to sit in the bath tub.

The apartment was very well situated in the old town with lovely squares and cafes nearby and it is a short walk to the Barri Gothic and the Cathedral in one direction, and the beach and Marina are also within walking distance. it was clean and bright and we were well looked after - a faulty iron was quickly replaced for us.
The only drawback is that the rooms are rather small and it did feel a little croweded with 6 people.
