Lovely Poolside 3 Bedroom Duplex House with Air-conditioning.

Our lovely 3 bedroom duplex house is located in the prestigious & popular reigon of Cabo Roig. Located only a few yards from 1 of 2 lovely pools, this is an ideal location for a relaxing break any time of year. The living area is on the ground floor and opens out onto a large terrace with built in BBQ for alfresco evenings. A fully fitted kitchen leads to a spacious utility area with washing machine, second fridge freezer and shower room.The master bedroom has its own large private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds.There is a fully fitted toilet and bathroom up stairs and a toilet and shower room down stairs.. Linen and towels provided, but not beach towels. There is British TV in the lounge including all main terrestrial tv channels. There is also a CD player too. The kitchen has the usuall faciaties including a dish washer. The lovely swimming pool is only 10 paces from the house and sun loungers with cushions and outdoor furniture is provided. The popular Cabo Roig Strip with it's many bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away, with the lovely Cabo Roig beach being a similar distance. Everything you will need is within a 10 minute walk including a supermarket and a car hire company if required.

Los Angius V Community
Situated among broad avenues, lined with swaying palms and landscaped gardens. Some forty-five minutes drive south of Alicante airport, lies the delightful peninsular of Cabo Roig.
Cabo Roig rates as one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The house is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is well established within Cabo Roig.
It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches.

The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance.
There is a private car park and an electronic key for the security gate is provided.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We have (myself and 5 girlfriends) returned to this villa this year for our second stay - we loved it so much last year!! The villa offered us everything we were looking for a quality 5 days away. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is a really roomy utility room with an extra fridge to keep all those necessary drinks cool!. Bathroom upstairs has everything we needed and the handy downstairs shower room was great when 6 girls decide to get ready to hit the town! The complex is very safe and really quiet and the pool is so easy to get to (15 steps from front door!). Spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything we needed. Cant wait to go back.

We have returned to this villa for our 4th stay & as always have had a wonderful time. The villa offers everything you need for a family stay. There are even toys for the kids & floats for the pool!! The kitchen is superbly equipped with all the utensils you need for when you want to eat in or fire up the bbq. And of course the dishwasher is a plus too!! The villa has air conditioning & extra fans for the bedrooms too. The complex is safe, private & family friendly. The property is always spotlessly clean. We have stayed in other villas but this one is hard to beat..well be back again next summer!!

Great location, lovely quiet established complex. Nice villa only complaint was that the bathrooms and kitchen are very tired and could do with being updat ed (but I am particularly fussy!). This was fine for the four days we were there but wouldnt have wanted to stay much longer. Would return and recommend if updat ed. The bedrooms were very clean and outdoor patio area with BBQ was nice.

First time I used Villarenters, but surely not the last. Property was very nice, level of equipment really exceeded my expectations. Children just loved the pool! Surrounding area was pleasant and peaceful, but not too quiet. Beaches were near, safe and clean. Everything needed could be reached by foot as well. And special thanks to Mr. Chris Bendall for giving such a warm welcome and looking after our welfare!

My husband hasstayed here on golfing holidays and found it to be very convenient for golf. I found it to be absolutely spotless, close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. Ideally located for families with children of all ages, golf trips, girls weekend away etc. pool outside the door and great weather makes this a most enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended!!
