The Villa

Extensively renovated recently, this 3 bedroomed townhouse and attached 2 bedroomed apartment is set in well tended tropical gardens with a large shared pool. Situated half way up a hill overlooking the sea, the apartment enjoys wonderful views and cooling summer breezes. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen and can be rented separately or together.


The house is on two levels.
Upstairs is a double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with WC.
Downstairs is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC a lounge/dining area kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner.
All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans.
All the rooms lead onto sun balconies, which face south west and catch all the late morning and afternoon sunshine.
The lounge/dining area has air conditioning, a large portable floor standing fan and a five seater sofa bed.

The Calahonda area has many bars and restaurants to choose from, to suit all tastes from the fantastic roast dinners at Harry´s bar near the Mercadona, to the fabulous new Thai beside the campsite to good old fashioned Fish and Chips at the Boat House in El Zoco by the square, near the friendly and welcoming Pal´s bar. Or for those that want to eat in, why not try the fabulous selection of BBQ products,succulent steaks and sausages at GT McKenna Irish Butchers, near the Mercadona, where you will find the best fruit and vegetables and an excellent fresh fish counter.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.
