Penthouse with amazing seaviews and 3 bedrooms and 200 mt2 terrace.

This penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 with seaviews and 2 bathrooms. Situated on the 8th floor, the tallest building in this part of the Paseo.
There are 2 lifts that go to the apartment.
Large balcony, more than 220 m2 with all views, sea, mountains, and lots of sun. It is situated first line on the beachfront. On the beach you find very good fish restaurants and where you can also rent your sunbeds and umbrella.

Secure parking for you car behind the building. From the apartment it is 40 minutes walking to the centre of Fuengirola.
There is a trainstop(Carvajal) and busstop just behind the building. Trains from the aiport go every 20 minutes so no need to take a taxi. Small supermarket at 50 meters .. many good fish restaurants nearby.Internetcafe, about 5 minutes walking.
The apartment is basic, but there is everything you need. Towels and bedlinnen provided.
It is situated in a quiet area of Fuengirola.
However for the clients that wish to do some sightseeing and visit the small white villages in the mountains we advise you hire a car, as this is the best way to get there and get a taste of the real Andalucia.

A good property overlooking the beach at the very far end of Fuengirola bordering Benalmadena offering a couple of beach restaurants although a 10 min walk to the nearest bar. Would definitely recommend for a lazy large family holiday.

Great value for money. We were 4 golfers on a weeks holiday. Perfect location for golfing. it was unbelieveably cheap. First line to the beach with panoramic views from the enormous terrace. We had a great time and would definitely return.
