Very comfortable, air conditioned accomodation with everything one could need provided. A great information pack resides in the villa with lots of useful information on the villa, local attractions, resturants, shopping and much more
The villa is in an elevated position so the view is stunning with the Mediterranean off in the distance. The pool is very large was sparkling and very refreshing. We found using the pool cover at night brought the temperature up a few extra degrees to take off the chill for our early morning pre breakfast swim. Great sunsets
The internet access was useful and with it we found out about the local festival with bull running which my son enjoyed.
An excellent place to unwind by the pool away from the usual holiday crowds, yet within a short drive of everythingBabb

The villa was everything we hoped it would be - it was clean comfortable and contained everything one needs for an enjoyable stay, including very helpful information on local attractions, restaurants etc. The setting was absolutely stunning (the photographs available on the website do not do the views justice). Finally, the owner was friendly and helpful to deal with througout the entire booking process. Thoroughly commended.

Setting was lovely and we had great fun using the pool, even when the weather was quite cool.

Our stay at Casa Blance was superb. Phil the owner made everything possible to make it a stress free enjoyable holiday. The villa and surroundings were fantastic - Phil ensured we had instructions on how to get there, where the nearest beaches where etc. He could not have done more to ensure a perfect holiday.
The view from the villa was truely outstanding.
One week was not enough however and will hopefully return one day for a longer period. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family. The only slight concern was the building work going on but this made us get up early and explore.
Probably the best holiday we have had for a long time and cannot wait to return.

Casa Blanca was a very well equiped villa. Fantastic family living accomadation, large kitchen. Pool was wonderful - very private. Car park area was behind a locked gate - villa very secure. Lots of local restaurants 10 - 15 minutes away. Even had a utility room with a washing machine! Would definately recommend it to others. Only one problem was that at our time of visit - August 2007 - there was a lot of building work going on on the opposite mountain, but we were warned by the owner before we left home that this may be the case, and he was looking into the situation. I assume this is a one off building works, and that aside it was a very peaceful villa.

As per the other reviews the standard of this villa is not reflected in the photos. The facilities were excellent, the accomodation comfortable, clean and with all mod cons necessary. The views were outstanding and the pool beautifully warm. Phil the owner was extremely helpful and the guides to the area he left in the villa greatly appreciated. We are definately considering a return visit in the future.

Fantastic property and value. As another reviewer noted, the pictures on the site don't quite do it justice. The view is a great balance of mountains, cliffs, the Denia/Javea valley, and the Mediterranean off in the distance (about 5kms away). The pool was sparkling and very refreshing. We found using the pool cover at night brought the temperature up a few extra degrees to take off the chill in the mornings. Great sunsets. The closest beach is an easy 10 minute drive and there are many other beach options within 25-30 minutes. Both the owner and his management company provide very detailed instructions to make sure you have everything you need, including recommendations for nearby restaurants, shopping, and attactions. We wish we could have stayed longer. Booking on the Villarenters site was also a snap so we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

A beautiful Villa, situated in a quiet development on an elevated site. Views over the surrounding countryside and coast are stunning. Very comfortable, air conditioned accomodation with everything one could need provided. A great information pack resides in the villa with lots of useful information on the villa, local attractions, resturants, shopping and much more. (we found it very helpful) An excellent place to unwind by the pool away from the usual holiday crowds, yet within a short drive of everything. The photographs on the website do not do this home justice, give it a go you will not be dissapointed.
We had a great holiday and recommend this villa highly. Communication with Phil, the owner was easy and the whole rental process effortless.

The photos of this property do not do it justice; from its elevated position the views are stunning. Tastefully decorated and equipped throughout.
We spent an extremely relaxing family holiday with our two children. Interesting and varied beaches and places to visit but you couldn’t beat relaxing by the pool. Range of inexpensive and diverse mountain restaurants catering for all the family near by. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend this one!!

An excellent property indeed. We had a great time in the villa and the owner was very helpful and left very detailed instructions as to just about everything. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone. One small point to note is that like everywhere else on the costa blanca there is alot of residential construction however it didnt bother us much as they only worked on some days. All in all a great villa with a great view over the valley and to the sea.
