Property and local area description

Location

Walking distance to a selection of international restaurants near to the beach and a small supermarket. The village centre of Els Poblets, with its local cafés and restaurants is a 6-8 minute walk. The closest beach is pebbly and great for snorkelling and either side of this bay are 15kms of sandy beaches.
The larger resort town of Denia ia a 10 minute drive and can be reached by bus running along the beach road. Denia is a mediaeval town with a castle and pretty old town full of tapas bars, great local restaurants and boutique shops. It has a lively port and stylish marina full of late night bars.

The villa sits in the middle of the plot so the garden and sunbathing terraces allow you to follow the sun all day, while the palm tree and awning provide welcome shade in the hot summer. The covered porch overlooks the pool and this traditional style villa is fully air-conditioned and heated, with ceiling fans in the living area and each bedroom. The villa also has gas central heating making it ideal for summer and winter holidays.
The villa has a spacious lounge with covered porch/dining area overlooking the pool. There is a separate kitchen. The bedrooms all have double beds and share a bathroom.
