Puerto Estepona Residencia


Low-rise block on Avenida del Carmen within a few minutes walk of both the beach (Playa del Cristo) and the wonderfully colourful , vibrant Estepona Port. The Old Town is about a 15 minutes walk along the promenade.
The block has two lifts, entryphone, gardens and two newly renovated pools as well as underground parking.

Our Apartment


Apartment is redecorated each year to keep it fresh & light. Constantly being updated to provide a "second home" for many of our regular holidaymakers.
No cheap pine furniture here!!! Only carefully selected items to compliment the accommodation.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the Terrace is a special feature being 14ft x 10ft and overlooking the Marina.

Lovely local area


The Port is full of restaurants, bars & shops. It is very much a fishing Port and you can see the boats leaving and returning every day with their catches. Not ostentacious like Puerto Banus, although there are some beautiful private yachts moored there.
Prices for meals & drinks are far more reasonable than Marbella & Puerto Banus..
