The apartment was as described - comfortable, in a good, central location, great facilities and was very clean and all in working order. We were very happy there and would happily recommend it. The cleaners did come in once during our 9 night stay to change sheets and towels but no actual cleaning or emptying bathroom bins etc was done.

Owners were very helpful ahead of Trip. Excellent appartment with all the essentials included. Very nice staff at complex which was ideally located and very quiet. Will probably return every year if available and of similar cost

Thank you for a wonderful stay. This place is paradise. From the moment you enter into the cool, tiled courtyard with glimpses of the beautiful sub-tropical gardens and glittering blue pools beyond, you just know this is going to be the best holiday ever. The apartment is very luxurious and well equipped - even down to beach towels, and more important, champagne glasses!
We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and loved being able to laze by the pools under the shady trees, with only a few yards walk to the lovely restaurant and bar. The sea is at the bottom of the garden, there are great shop, restaurants and bars a few minutes away, and the supermarket at Corte Ingles will deliver your groceries and drinks to the door. Dear Angela and Nael,
Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay at your apartment and we will be using it again in the future. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony looking out to sea was fantastic whilst sipping our sangria.
The position if just about perfect, near enough that we walked into Puerto Banus almost every night and yet far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. The pool area was also very nice. Have recommended you to our friends already.

Just to confirm Sue's and my own thoughts about the holiday
1. The email correspondance was good and prompt so the booking went easily
2. Electronic transfer of the payments was easy. An easier way of dealing with the beakages deposit/refund would have been helpful (now that we know you and your expectations this would not be a problem)
3. The apartment was as we expected, but newer furnished and greater range of equipment, with others that we have stayed in in the Puerto Banus area.
4. Access to the garage was very good.
5. The setting/location was excellent
6. We will use the apartments again
7. You and your wife were helpful and accepted telephone calls during the stay

be interested in an end of season/early season long weekend
break. Do you
rent the apartment throughout the year or just the high season
summer
months? It may be worth keeping us posted on your bookings for
next year,
because if you have some mid week bookings that mean the
apartment is empty
at any time over a weekend, we might be interested in filling
it. Something
to think about.
