We had a wonderful time. We were met on time, and shown around the villa. The villa was bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise, the views were quite stunning. It was near enough to the town but in a country location. Sitting in the bar area and BBQing at night made it perfect for us, as the children could enjoy the pool while we enjoyed ourselves. The villa had everything you could wish for and was very comfortable. Nice fresh white towels and bedding, plenty of crockery so you didn’t have to keep washing up (although there is a dishwasher) 2 ovens (although we BBQ’d every evening). We can’t wait to go back next year and have already booked.

Was met on time, was given all the information and instructions needed for our time in the villa for our holiday. The villa was fab for us, the views from the pool area and upstairs were to die for. Did not realise we had eagles in the trees infront of us and around the mountains, we spent hours watching them. there was nothing you could want in the villa. There is a good tapas bar and supermarket in the village which is 3 or 4 minutes from the villa with the prices very reasonable. A very good restaurant with outside pool and small playground a few minutes further away. You could do with a car as the large supermarket complex is a 10 minute drive ( 40 min walk ) away, with fuengerola a further 5 mins away. We chose not to have a car and managed with taxis as we were very villa based. Saturday night at the horse riding just over the mountains was excellant. Mijas was also very beautful and not far in a taxi.lf you want a quiet holiday within beautiful accomadation and surroundings this is the villa.

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the villa with 9 friends. The villa is lovely, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Having use of 4 bathrooms was great when you are all trying to get ready to go out at the same time! The location is super, in a nice and quiet complex but also just a short taxi ride away from Fuengirola (about 10euros). The villa is very close to a mini-supermarket, bar/cafe and bar/restaurant which was very nice. Susan was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process, suggesting car hire and transfer companies to use (we used Home James transfer - very good!). JJ was at the villa to meet us - and to come and find us when we took the wrong turning from the airport to the villa!
We all agreed that we would like to return in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Reviewed April 11, 2012 Please take advantage of this stunning villa. We where a large group of golfers (14) and we had ample room. The villa is everything you could wish for pool, gym(not that we used it !!), spacious gardens to relax, pool bar and much much more. The views over the mountains in the morning are spectacular and the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. There are 2 local bars very close by , but neither impact on the tranquility of this villa, one which I would say is a drinking bar and the other more of a restaurant ( food is good and very reasonably priced). It is away from the hussle and bussle of Feungerola, however that is in reach should you wish. All in all a bargain for golfers and families. We loved it and will return.

A party of 16 of us stayed at the villa for 7nts from the 28th July.The villa was in desperate need of renovation.
The loungers around the pool were torn & rusty and the wooden table & chairs by the patio doors were falling apart. The kitchen was not well equipped & the cutlery & crockery was dirty and chipped.The fridge door caught on the work top & therfore did not shut properly, the dining room chairs were torn.
The downstairs bedroom was certainly a strange affair where steps had to be climbed up & down to get into bed!The bedding in this room was unusable it was stained & mouldy!Luckily more bedding was found in other wardrobes.
The spiral staircase was unsuitable for the infirm & one of the treads was lose.
The airconditioning in the smaller bedroom did not work.
After two showers there was no hot water left, not ideal when so many people are sharing the villa.
The chapel was in desperate need of airing, it smelt musty for the whole week we were there & the air conditioning did not work adequately.
In our opinion the villa would only be suitable to sleep 15 people maximum & you would still struggle with the bathroom situation.

We were a party of 8 golfers and needed somewhere close to the golf courses and near enough to get into town easily and I must say this ticked all the boxes. Its actually in a small town which has a nice bar which does nice meals and a bbq every night a couple of minute walk away and an adequate supermarket next door to the bar where we got everything we needed for the week at a reasonable cost. Fuengirola is about a 5 minute taxi ride away where we went most nights.
The villa itself was plenty big enough to accomodate us with a nice pool with sun beds or a shaded area next to an outside bar with its own fridge which seemed to get plenty of use. Inside there is a big kitchen which is well equipped with a tv downstairs and another large tv upstairs. Susan had sky installed the week we were there which was good.
The overall standard of the villa is very good and Susan was a pleasure to deal with, great communication etc and we also got our breakage deposit back within a couple of days of returning to the UK.

We visited the villa between 7th - 21st August 2010. There were 12 of us in our group, 4 adults, 2 teens and 6 children. The accommodation was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. The villa was clean and well positioned with all of the mod cons you would expect. Situated in a private community, with on site shop, tapas bar and a restaurant overlooking the lovely communal pool area. The villa itself was huge - the pictures do not do it justice! The pool was crystal clear and shallow enough at one end for the younger members of the group to enjoy too! The linen was changed regularly, and the pool guy came in often to prevent any build up of sun cream etc, which was fab. The best part by far was the unique Happys Bar area where we could relax and watch the kids splash around in the day, enjoy a fab family BBQ, and then once theyd all been popped into bed at night, the adults had their time enjoying a few drinks at the bar! What could be better. We loved this so much we are looking to book again for next year, and to get another villa close by so that more of the family can go! Strongly recommended!!

The villa was ok. I suppose we have been spoiled with the villas in Florida. The villa was in need of a facelift, the decor inside and out required some decorating and the furniture inside looked old. The outside area was great apart from the patio furniture that has had better days, the bar stools were falling apart and the plastic green furniture set had faded. We had to educate the pool cleaner on cleaning duties has the edge of the pool had grime around the edge. He said this came from the villa next door which is still under construction. Apparently the grime came from the next door villa last year but it was still on the tiles in August 2010. Strange... but there you go. He said the pool water was murky due to all the people in the villa. I dont know how many people he expects in a villa this size ! The bedroom my wife and myself shared on the ground floor was a little bizzare, it looks like some kind of bathroom has been turned into a bedroom, you have to walk up and down stairs to get in bed, great in the middle of the night. There is a problem with ants in some bedrooms and also the utility room. It got so bad that the ants were in the fridge. But apart from that it was ok. This villa just needs bringing upto modern standars with decor and furnishings and it would be ok then.
The owner and JJ who hands over the keys were very good.

First and foremost I must say your villa is absolutely gorgeous! It completely exceeded expectations so we were really, really pleased. My sister and I will be more than happy to recommend this onto people too – in fact – I have already suggested to my parents that we have a family week away there next year.
I am emailing however as, unfortunately, I managed to leave my phone charger in the villa! It would be really useful if this could be posted back to me? Naturally I’ll pay the postage and packaging? Was this found at all?
Also, regarding the deposit can you let me know when this will be paid back into my account?

the villa exceeded our expectations absolutly fantastic holiday everything we wanted was their we didnt have a car and walked down to fuengirola every morning lovely walk all downhill took 45mins. would reccomend to anyone and hopefully we.ll be back.

we were a party of 10, and needed to chill out for a,week, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing week, villa very nice and spacious so we were not on top of one another, downside was weather but we knew by weather report about the rain, villa had plenty of dvds and kids games to occupy younger ones giving adults a bit of peace!
the little supermarket closed later on in our week, but i think it will reopen again soon, but a taxi ride away to big hypermarket were you can stock up costs 10 euros each way, we all enjoyed our stay and people in local bar/ restaurant were very helpful and pleasant. overall i would go back again just to chill out and relax

It seems like an age ago since we left your Villa, but its less than a week.
I just wanted to dro p you a note to thank you for a really enjoyable time.
Your Villa offered my family everything that we needed (My good lady spent all her time baking herself in the sun and I enjoyed the benefits of the shade in the outside lounge area with the all important bar, whilst the children splashed endlessly around in the pool). The location was excellent with only a 5 minute drive down to the resort and having the added benefit of wonderful hillside views (Watching the sun go down with a beer in my hand was the perfect end to the day).

Its safe to say that the pictures and the description do not do this villa justice. As soon as me and my party (of 10) saw the property we were astounded and couldnt believe our luck. As we went in june we only spent £150 each for the week which is a complete bargain!
The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well kept and extremely well catered for every need you have. Whether you need to do washing or dishwashing, all of the appropriate cleaning products are there. You are provided with lovely clean towels and there are even spare beach towels for your use. The kitchen is very well equiped and we never ran out of glasses and cutlery. There are plenty of kitchen appliances and outside is a lovely bbq where we cooked ourselves a really good meal!
The three bathrooms are very clean and well furnished, we had no problems there.
The spacious outside area is perfect for relaxing in the sun, and the shade. The pool is very clean and the view you get from outside is outstanding.
A 2 minute walk down the road, is a lovely café called the Blue Parrot which is full of friendly lovely staff and customers. The food is lovely and the prices are extremely reasonable. The little supermarket next door was extremely useful for everything we needed.
Another minute away from the café was a restaurant and bar which made delicious food and once again the prices were extremely reasonable.
If you can tear yourself away from the villa you can travel into the town or the beach. As our party didnt have a car we had to travel in taxis (the Blue Parrot can organise them for you) and the rates were always very standard and reasonable.
We all had a fantastic holiday here and we felt safe all the time. The area was relaxed and friendly making it impossbile to have a bad time. We would recommend this villa to anyone! It was absolutely brilliant and Im sure wed love to return!!

All was great form booking to being greeted at the villa upon arrival. Villa is wonderful and in good location for Fengirola, pool and sun area perfect and private. Would return and recommend to others.... I would suggest having a car but nt necessary.

Beautiful property - was a complete home from home except better.
The outside bar area is superb - with plenty of shade if you cant stand the hot sun.
Sky TV was great for the children when theyd had enough sun.
Would go back tomorrow if we could.
If youre looking for a quiet peaceful holiday and complete relaxation then use this villa.

Superb location, near enough to Fuengirola to be out of the bustle! Lovely villa with everything we needed. Handy having the local shop, bars & restaurants to walk to. We hope to come again and will pass the word. The children had a lovely time and made friends down at the community pool as well taking full advantage of the villa’s own pool. It was really nice to have a shady area where the bar is situated, allowed us to cool off a bit during the day and lovely to sit in at night.

Thanks. We stayed 25th March to 1st April 2009. It was lovely villa, very peaceful and relaxing, just what the doctor ordered so to speak. Found it very useful to have the little mini-market so close to hand, but Fuengirola and the Miramar shopping centre are only about 5 minutes drive from the villa. The actual location of the villa was brilliant, as we could walk to the shop and both bars/restaurants. We particularly liked the bar overlooking to community pool. Lovely, sunny villa with excellent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the villa to anyone. See you again we hope.
