The Apartment
Ocean Golf & Country Club is a top quality and very prestigious development benefiting from stunning sea and golf course views, as well as three swimming pools on two levels, one being a childrens pool.
This penthouse apartment is on the top floor, so the balcony enjoys an absolutely wonderful view across the the resort of Golf Del Sur to the sea in front and to the golf course on the left. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canaria can be seen along with Tenerife’s famous Red Rock, appropriately named as it turns a beautiful rich deep red colour as it heats up in the sunshine.
The other benefit of being top floor is the uncovered balcony which therefore gets an abundance of sun!
The Apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, fully tiled bathroom, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, and a spacious lounge with a 2 seater sofa bed, satellite television (FULL English channels), DVD player and patio doors leading onto the balcony.
You can be sat in the living room watching your favourite soap on TV and still be looking out over the Atlantic. Offering a very high standard of accommodation combined with a great location and wonderful views, this apartment cannot be beaten.
There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk away. The new marina is also close by as is the main shopping centre at San Blas (10 min walk) where you will find plenty of evening entertainment. There is also an abundance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops etc in the centre.
