The property is in an excellent complex, with beautiful views from the terrace. However, many of the items in the property of in a poor state of repair and we found this top be disappointing for a so- called luxury apartment. problems included:
- ripped sunlounger cushions
- terrace table very corroded
- faulty DVD player
- broken door handle in en suite bedroom wardrobe area
There were several other examples of items in a poor state of repair but we still enjoyed ourselves deapite these problems

We are family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was definitely worth that money. I was expecting lowly apartments, but it was bright, spacious, tastefully decorated and with all facilities I wanted. Terrace was large with view of the ocean. Description was accurate. I would recomend it to guests who need silence, peace and feeling like at home. Only negative thing - place was very windy. There was one cleaning during our stay (7 days), its enough.

Absolutely superb apartment. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Massive balcony, all rooms are very spacious. The whole complex is of a very high standard. The shops, cafes, restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away and they is a great restaurant in the complex itself. Will be back next year.

The property was lovely, very spacious and fantastic views.( kitchen fairly basic equipment if you want to cook at home ) The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a good central location with plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
Personally I would have liked to have seen less Brits and tasted more local cuisine.
Perfect getaway for a quiet holiday.

We spent two weeks in this stunning apartment. Its so well appointed beautifully clean, light and airy. The balcony is spacious which meant four people could spread out with lots of room. The lounge is huge and the bedrooms a delight.
The complex overall is immaculate and staff all very helpful. We had a problem with the hot water on our second day, but it was soon fixed. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the reception staff. The restaurant was also very good with top quality service and food.
We would book this apartment again without any hesitation.

The apartment provides superb accommodation. It was really pleasing to stay in high quality surroundings. Spotlessly clean ! Extremely helpful staff. Superb views in a relatively quiet location. We enjoyed our stay so much that, on return, we immediately booked the same apartment for next year !

A similar apartment was for sale at a local estate agent for £565,000 by this criterion alone the rental charge per week was excellent value

Top quality accommodation exactly as per advertisement very very clean. Fantastic location & great view. El Nautico Suites staff are really helpful & friendly. The whole building was so clean. The on site restaraunt was really good value and food was excellent. Staff working in the El Nautico Terrace cafe/bar were very friendly and really gave 100% with customers. The whole family enjoyed our stay. We could have done with an extra key, but this certainley should not be taken as a negative comments at all. We will be returning again. Most certainley one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment, It was beautifully decorated, very spacious & very clean. The staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff. The area is very quiet, which suited us. Resturants & bars were only a short walk away

Beautiful apartments with everything you could expect.
Standards within accomodation were first class.
Pity about the static building site next door that probably will never move to completion for many years to come.

We know the Resort well but the Apt was specially delightful.We would certainly consider it 1st choice for future booking.Staff are most helpful .cleaning & towel service excellent.

This a beautiful and well appointed apartment with stunning views. Comfortably furnished throughout. Our only disappointment was that the dishwasher was faulty (the crockery was dirty on arrival and had to be washed several times)also the jacuzzi bath didnt work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and would certainly recommend this lovely apartment and peaceful area. In fact we wish we were back there now!

This was our second visit to this property in El Nautico. I guess that says enough...
Good property, room enough for 3 adults and 2 children.
Property complex is excellent, right on the sea front, not very busy, some days we were the only people in the pool area.
Pool is heated.
It is very windy in this area, but not unpleasant.
It is nice to sit by the pool and hear the waves crashing against the rocks below.

This is a high quality apartment in a lovely complex.
The apartment has all mod cons and is very comfortably furnished and has great views to the sea. The desk and other staff are most helpful and pleasant. The heated swimming pool was great and the pool and garden areas are maintained to a very high standard. Food in the Bistro Galeria is both good and good value and Maurice is most helpful.
We enjoyed our 4 weeks and hope we can go back again in 2010.

The apartment was 1st class. Unfortunatley both myself and husband arrived in Tenerife with a cold virus and had to spend the majority of our holiday in doors. What better place to be! A fantastic apartment, wonderful views and real comfort. We really appreciated the plasma TV and english channels. The kitchen was very welcome as we could not go out to eat. We had a lovely relaxing week, and really could not believe how lucky we had been in booking this place! Excellent value for money and the taxi meet and greet was very welcome. John was friendly and welcoming. The staff at the apartment were helpful and charming. We did manage to get out for the last few days and hire a car. the underground parking at El Nautico was great! All in all the apartment was fantastic. Very quiet here, but I think that was due to the week we booked, just before Xmas rush! Everything here you would need. Lovely restaurants, little shops, cosy bars. Good bus service to Los Christianos etc. I would really recommend coming to Gulf del sur and particuarly this lovely apartment. Thank you!!

Beautiful apt with excellent views. Lovely quiet location (but bit too quiet for us) although thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff in pool cafe bar fantastic as were reception staff. All in all fab time had by whole family. One gripe is that we paid for welcome pack (milk, water etc) but never received this. Also asked by reception to pay 115 euros for apt to be cleaned during and at the end of our 7 day hol. We said no and this was not a problem and not pursued. One clean during our stay was paid for by the owner and Id expect the other also at the end of our holiday. I think if this is something that the renter is expected to pay for then it should be included in price paid at booking and not when you turn up at the resort.

I am sorry there were a couple of issues with reception. (Who are normally spot on). We had requested they leave a welome pack for you and also that, as for all clients, we pay for the cleaning. Apologies that got both things wrong. I have made sure this doesnt happen again.
So just to confirm to any future renters, you are not required to pay for cleaning. The cost you pay is the total and full cost - there are no extras.

Property excellent, furnished to a high standard.
Location Excellent, much quieter than I expected for Tenerife, but enough restaurants and choice of bars.
Would definately consider going to El Nautico, and prob this apartment again.
minor suggestions:
Requires additonal kitchen equip, eg: sharp knives.
Had to buy wash powder & dishwash tablets
No baby chair available at El Nautico
