The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Everything we expected and more. The reviews from previous guests are absolutely accurate. I would highly recommend this villa and agree that a car is not necessary, but good to have if you want to explore the island. Only thing I would add is there are lots of lovely walks, so if you enjoy exploring on foot, then again a good place to go.

Very good location,near to shops & restaurants and lovely sea views. No need for a car unless you go sightseeing. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. The owner lives near by and is very friendly and helpful . A lovely place to be for a quiet restful holiday.

Wonderful quiet location, very close to the local shops and several bars/restaurants. The Villa is beautifully finished, large and very comfortable. The owner lives near by and is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for anyone looking for a quiet get away in the sun.

My husband and I had a wonderful week staying in the villa in January 2012 and were not disappointed. It was a perfect "home from home" a great location, good sea views, and every facility you could think of, (hair-dryer in each bathroom) . The villa was well furnished , had comfortable beds (which I personally value) and Sky TV which was a real plus! David the Owner lives a couple of doors away and we found him to be extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed it so much that if possible we will return next year!

Had a lovely stay at this villa. Furnishings were lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was like going from home to home. A very spacious villa with lovely views from both the terrace and the balcony in the master bedroom. Everything is within walking distance (always handy when going to the local restaurants) Gullivers restaurant was fantastic, very welcoming and child friendly. The supermarket across the road has everything you need, even baby nappies (pampers which are hard to get abroad). The only thing that was a small problem travelling with smaller children in the villa, were the stairs to each level. But a good point was the tv you could get BBC, ITV, Sky news and CBeebies for the children. A god send. (Well done to the owners they have thought of everything). I would def return again and hopefully have better weather next time. A villa not to be missed, you will not want to leave.

Spacious, modern, and well furnished. Excellent location with good restaurants, supermarket and seafront within 5 minutes walk at San Blas, golf course & driving range within 15 mins walk. Nearby owner offers helpful, proactive support as needed. Generally quiet and free from sales pests who proliferate in Los Christianos and Las Americas. Tenerife South airport generates aircraft noise for about 30 secs per flight, mainly on take-offs which are usually limited to 2 or 3 at night-time and 6 to 7 per hour during peak daytime. Im particularly noise-sensitive and this level of aircraft noise wouldnt stop my return.

26th December 2009 - 2nd January 2010. First time to Tenerife and really enjoyed it. Beautiful villa, everything we wanted and more. All our needs catered for and VERY clean. Maybe a little more expensive than some of the other villas but worth it. In a nice quiet area but with the supermarket and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, excursion offices, car rental etc within a 2 minute walk from our door in the San Blas Centre. Recommend the La Cueva italian restaurant but not the Country Kitchen. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Had a very minor problem with one of the loos, but with two others in the villa, and the owners, who live locally, a phone call away, no big deal. Fabulous view of the sea from our balcony, watched the sunrise every morning. Lovely walks along the seafront, with a good cafe bar along to the right. You can also walk along to the left to the village of Los Abrigos where there are a choice of seafood restaurants, or a 5 minute drive. Definately recommend Los Abrigos Seafood Restaurant - watched their own trawler go out every morning to catch the menu for the day! The villa, and Golf Del Sur, is ideally placed for those wanting a quieter area but with quick access to the rest of the island. Only a four minute drive to the Autopiste, or you can get a bus to anywhere very easily. Yes. its near the airport but we found we didnt notice the planes after a couple of hours or so. All in all, one of our best holidays yet. Will definately go back. Only other niggle was the pool wsnt heated but they were working on it while we were there.
