A nice apartment which is good value for money and has everything you need, It is well furnished and has lots of personal touches which I liked the swimming pool is also very nice. The owner was very helpfull and accomadated my needs when requested. If you like books sun and pool this is a great value apartment in a nice area also if you like books the swap scheme is a excellent idea would definitely recommend apartment.

I stayed in this property for 2 weeks in July 2010 and i was very happy with it. First of all my flight was going to land before the available arrival time at the property but this was no problem for the owner of the property as she allowed me to gain access early which was very useful. The key holder was very polite and helpful. The apartment was very clean with everything in it that you could need. It was close to the shops and bars with entertainment available for children. There is lots of internet access available which i took advantage of. It is about 20-30 minutes walk to the beach which i dont mind as i love 2 walk but it is a bit of a treck for young children. My 9 year old daughter loved the pool and was in it most days, She made friends with local children who was very polite and welcomeing. Overall i very much enjoyed my stay and would deffinately stay again.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days and had a great time. The apartment, whilst basic, is fully kitted out and in a quiet, peaceful location despite being in the middle of a large residential area. A handfull of good bars,shops and restaurants are within walking distance as well as a large market on Saturdays. The nearest beaches are a good walk away, so a car is recommended.
Overall, a nice apartment, great pool and would reccommend to others. Just a couple of small recommendations......some more shelves in the bathroom and maybe a blind for the bathroom window?

Great non luxury apartment with everything you need for a holiday: brand new travel cot for my 4 month old baby.- she slept like a log!
Cant really fault this as the location is great, close to all amenities and within easy walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches if you dont hire a car. Great market on a Saturday- no need to go to Torrevieja- overall very pleased

This is a value for money apartment, very clean. ideal for famerly or couples, close to shops and restraunts. short ride to the beaches, we have been twice this year. we recomend it to all

Really ni.ce area, close too bars and beach. We were so happy, were going back in Sept. the cartaker is a loverly lady, and help you all she can. all we can say is one of the best holidays we have had. thank you

we liked the appartment that much we are going back in a couple of weeks good location and only about 10 mins walk to bars and some were to eat there is also a big market on a sat which is also only a short walk away but would suggest to walk there and dont take a car as parking is impossible

Loved this place. Apartment really nice, clean and well equipped. Location excellent close to blue flag beaches and easy access to places of interest (Murcia, Orihuela, Cartagena, La Manga and Alicante with Torrevieja worth a visit too). Location convenient for supermarket, swimming pool and selection of eating places. Good market Saturdays 10 mins walk away. The area has a lot to offer if you have a car.
