Why did we buy this apartment

We fell in love with the views across the Mar Menor and of Isla Ciervo, with the hills Calblanque in the background. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning. We liked the high quality of the build and the fact that the apartment not only came with air conditioning but also with a garage so that we can keep the car off the road and in the cool of the underground car park.
Most of our friends and family have visited the property and used a taxi to transfer from the airport and havent bothered to have the expense or worry of hiring a car. The beaches are within easy walking distance.

The nearby bars and restaurants

Very close by is the restaurant Gregory´s which is a BBQ steak house restaurant and one of the finest in the area. Also very close by just across the road is Plaza Bohemia which has a number of bars and restaurants, and a night market every evening during the summer. Peak Park is a small water park ... not to Walt Disney standards but a bit of fun for the kids and good value for money. Again there are some more spanish restaurants and a pizzaria just opposite Peak Park.
The blue bus which runs to Cartagena goes up and down the La Manga Strip all day and most of the night.
Zocos which is the centre of the evening entertainment with clubs is about 1km down the road.
Whilst the apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful part of La Manga it is very close to all the action and night life as well, but you wont be disturbed by any noise from bars and clubs

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
