Accommodation

This is a luxury second floor apartment with stunning views right on the golf course. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with built in cupboards, very comfortable beds that can either be 4 singles or two doubles for flexible sleeping arrangements and a covered balcony with mountain views. The bathroom is luxurious and consists of a full bath with shower, basin, lavatory and bidet. The large kitchen is has plenty of work space, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer (for last minute washing before your flight) etc. The main living area is bright and spacious making full use of the fantastic views and has satelite TV/DVD and CD player and large french windows leading out onto the main balcony.

Outside space
The main balcony has panoramic 180 degree views of the golf course overlooking the 18th green and most of the hole, the 10th hole, the driving range and you can see as far the Mar Menor and the La Manga strip. To your left you can see the clubhouse just 200 yards away. The baclony is also totally private. There are two sunloungers and four chairs and a table with parasol for al fresco dining. It is south facing and open while the back balcony is covered and has mountain views. There is a magnificent pool with large jacuzzi to the side of the apartment block in landscaped gardens also with views of the golf course.

La Torre Golf Resort
The 5* resort is set around a Jack Nicklaus design golf course but it is about much more than golf. There are varied lakeside restaurants and bars, an Intercontinental Hotel, shops, bank, gym, spa and tennis courts all within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment. The soft sandy unspoilt beaches of the Mar Menor inland lagoon (safe for children) and the Costa Calida are 15 minutes away and the cities of Murcia and Cartagena 20-30 minutes. The mountain nature reserve of Sierra Espuna is also 30 minutes, You can get by without a car but to explore, it is best to rent one. You can use the free shuttle coach to the other Polaris World golf courses that make up the Bears Trail (currently four but being increased).

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
