Very spacious fresh clean apartment and its location is great because everyhting is in walking distance. The apartment is safe and secure therefore yo feel very calm when in or out great swmming area for the kids which is safe and secure. Local people very nice and friendly. We all had a great time and came home feeling relaxed and rereshed looking forwarding to booking up next years holiday now.

This property is close to the beaches, shops and restaurants, the apartment was spotlessly clean , unlike others we have stayed in.
We had excellent service from Chris one call and he was there, he was very hellpful and curtious, this property may be improved with air conditioning and more comfortable matresses.
Everything is supplied for your use, towels and linen and lots of things for the beach. We had a fantastic time and will return to Lazenia in the future, Next year probably.

The property and area were really good. There was 4 of us. As you can imagine it was really nice to find a dishwasher in the apartment no washing up for me. It was really nice to be able to just walk down to the beach as we had 2 children. The garden was nice to sit out in the evening and we could let the children play out there quite safey as we could lock the gate. The shops and restaurants are all in walking distance All in all a brilliant place for children and adults.

Was a wonderful holiday everything I could have hoped for, games and beach toys for the chiuldren, dishwasher to save time was a huge bonus safe and secure accomodation with beach, pool supermarket within walking distance. Definate reccomend to friends and family. Supermarkets opened on a Sunday throughout the summer so no chance of running out of anything. Local markets are also a great place to go and walk around. Would be nice if these were added to the website so perspective customers would know what was on in the local area on what days so they dont miss out.

Excellent location, short walk to a fabulous beach and many facilities, bars, restaurants, shops etc all in walking distance. Apartment tastefully furnished and well equipped with all you would need and more for your holiday. The hosts were fantastic and provided a good and friendly service.I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for all and would visit there again myself.

Nice spacious and clean appartment with good local services. Beach very close and walking distance with nice local restaurants also. Very good for everyone of varying ages from the very young as we had 2 young children who loved it and have requested us to return again next year. Very clean inside and out with a private garden and balcony so you are safe and secure at all times. Appliances also make it nice and easy too, and very simple to use. Would reccomend it to friends and family.

This property is situated in a great area with all that you need in walking distance. The apartment itself is always clean and tidy and has everything you need for a self catering holdiay. The shared pool is also really nice. We have been to this apartment 3 times and have booked again for next year. Excellent!

When I go on the 20th September it will be my 3rd time of going to this apartment. My Father has been 3 times once already this year when he goes back in October it will be his 4th time. There is every thing you need in the apartment and what makes it so good it has a balcony plus a private garden ideal for children as it has a lockable gate.

Excellent location, Very near to La Zenia beach, but Cabo Roig and and Campomur only a short drive. Lovely and clean. Would definately go back again. Had a lovely time.

The apartment offers good value for money and is in an excellent location with shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is nicely maintained and well equipped, with some thoughtful touches such as deckchairs, beachmats and buckets & spades for the kids. The owner was helpful and gave advice on airport transfers etc.

Thank you very much for sharing your apartment with my family and I. We had a lovely time and the weather remained good (although a bit windy at times) for us all week. The apartment was great with everything to hand and in easy walking distance, no more than 5 minutes away or a short taxi ride away (for restaurants further a field). A very relaxing time and we spend most of it with the swimming pool to ourselves. Chris is a great ambassador and readily available if needed. We are most certainly hoping to come to you again.

My family and I 3 kids aged 7,4, and 1 had a fantastic time at this property ,the location is perfect for a beach holiiday .The apartment was very clean and well maintained and had the added bonus of a front garden with lockable gates thus enabling my wife and I to spend some time in the sun while the kids played safely.
All in All this is a great apartment in a great location and we look forward to returning

The apartment was exactly as described on the web - clean, nice and close to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great place to stay at Costa Blanca.

We had another great holiday in La Zenia.
The apartment is well equipped with everything that is needed including beach chairs, buckets and spades.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable it is in an ideal location being close to all amenities, beach, restaurants and bars.
I would have no hesitation in recommending it for couples or families.

The apartment is located in a quiet and upmarket residential area within 5 minutes walk from the beach at La Zenia. It is absolutely fully equipped with every possible accessory and is in excellent condition throughout. Its ground floor position provided outside seating areas to the front and rear - with private garden to the front. The apartment was thoughtfully laid out and was very homely. My wife and I were very profesionally cared for and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This apartment will certainly be my first choice for future holidays in La Zenia.
