The grounds contain 26 fruit trees, including grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, figs, grapes, lemons and olives plus there is car parking for up to 5 cars.

All facilities within the villa are based on a truly Spanish theme, with all floors tiled in a traditional Spanish style, with whitewashed walls and ceilings.

Wooden shutters cover all windows, with solid-oak doors seperating all of the internal rooms.

There are 3 terraces where you can catch the sun during the day or alternatively, just laze under the numerous trees within the grounds, or take a dip in the 5m x 3m swimming pool.

There is a modern kitchen which has all of he facilities that you would require in a kitchen including cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.

There is plenty of outsdie space for children to run around in a safe environement as well as areas for people to sit and relax in the shade or if preferred, to lay out in the sun.

Villa location, Lliria

The villa is located 1Kms outside the lively town of Lliria, a 25 minute drive from the beaches at Valencia.

You can walk into Lliria from the villa in about 10 minutes, where you can then catch the hourly metro service into Valencia or to the towns main beach at Malvarossa.

You can drive into Valencia from Lliria, with the trip during off-peak hours taking about 25 minutes.

Spend an evening at Heron City, an entertainment center which is a 20 minute drive along the CV 35 towards Valencia or alternatively just sit outside at one of the many bars in Llirias main street in the center of town.

Whatever you decide to do, they can all be reached very easily from the villa.

The villa is a 20 minute drive from the championship golf course at El Saler and also El Bosque. There are 5 other championship golf courses within a 1 hour drive of the villa.
