Large new luxury apartment
The largest and most spacious type of one bedroom apartment available on the Dinastia complex. Marble floors throughout. One bedroom but would accomodate a family of five comfortably. The bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes (additional wardrobe space available in hall). Two double sofa beds in lounge along with a 32 inch tv, Playstation 2 and DVD player. Fully tiled and equipped kitchen to include oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils. Large Bathroom has toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and washbasin / vanity unit. It is finished in marble throughout. Dining table in lounge (seats 4) and patio table and chairs (seats 6) on the large double balcony with spectacular views. Two sun loungers provided for balcony,sunloungers,parasols etc available at pool. A Security safe and baby cot are provided free of charge. A Washing machine is also provided.
