The Villa

Villa Limon is a new luxury detached villa with a private pool near Villamartin golf course. The villa is set in its own grounds adjacent to a lemon grove on the edge of the quiet residential area of Los Dolses. The south facing large balcony and roof terrace enjoy sun all day and overlook the lemon grove and open countryside with distant sea views. Below the villa is a partly shaded patio leading to the 8x4-metre private pool. The villa is situated close to the beach and 3 golf courses, with a medium sized supermarket, a bank, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property is very well equipped and furnished including air conditioning and heating. There is one enclosed parking space with further parking easily available in the wide street outside. The pretty town of La Zenia with a blue Flag beach and a large supermarket is 3 mins drive away. The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10-15 minutes drive. Here you will find many cafes, shops, restaurants and daily street markets, near the marina.

Costa Blanca/Villamartin/Los Dolses
The World Health organisation has described the area as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts a climate over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C.
There are numerous long, safe, white, sandy beaches easily accessible by car. Most of the local beaches hold the blue flag for cleanliness and safety. These provide showers and free parking. Many have beach bars, restaurants, sun beds and children's play areas. The nearest beach at La Zenia is approx 2km from the villa

Further afield there are many other Blue flag beaches, and an hours drive away is Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean’s largest theme park and Mundomar marine park.

Within five minutes drive are 3 fine golf courses, additionally 30 min away are the famous La Manga courses.

Los Dolses forms part of the Villamartin development situated approx 12 km west of Torrevieja. Whilst the villa is situated in a quiet residential area the lively resort of Torrevija with an aqua park, a marina, markets, shops restaurants, night clubs and bars is only 15 minutes away by car.
The Costa Orihuela offers a range of activities, including excellent beaches, golf, attractions and sightseeing. Close to the villa are tennis courts at Villamartin and Campoamor, water sports, and go karting.
Within walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques and the famous Lladro shop. Bowling and a cinema with a screen in English are situated on a complex near Torrevieja.



Outside the villa
The pool area and rear garden enjoy sun for all of the day. The spacious area around the pool is paved and has views over the lemon grove. A large shaded patio overlooks the pool and is equipped with outdoor table and chairs for 8 and a BBQ for ‘al fresco’ dining. This also provides an ideal space for relaxing on sun loungers in the heat of the day.
The stone table in the front garden is perfect for evening drinks or meals as you watch the sun go down.
