Villa Angelyn
This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 700m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains.
Inside the property
The villa is equipped for a maximum of six people and has three bedrooms: one room with queen size bed and two rooms with twin beds. There are two bathrooms: one large with fully working Jacuzzi (1.8m diameter), shower cubicle, WC, bidet and sink and the other bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and ample storage. The lounge/dining room provides comfortable accommodation with television, satellite TV and DVD. The fireplace provides heating to all the rooms within the property making it an ideal choice in the cooler months of the year.
Outside the property
Exteriorly the villa boasts a good sized pool (8.5m x 4m) with an incorporated Jacuzzi of 2.2m in diameter. The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children. Six sun loungers are provided, covered porch area with table and chairs, BBQ area and private parking.
