This was our second visit here, and yet again we absolutely loved it. The apartment is gorgeous, very spacious and comfortable for 5 of us. Views from the balcony are stunning, and the sunsets become addictive! The complex is kept clean, with well kept gardens. the surrounding beach area is lovely and there are several choices of bars and restaurants both on and off the beach. Great holiday, will definitely be returning again!!

This property was great and was spacious enough to cater very comfortably for five of us. On arrival Phil met us with the keys and guided us round the complex. The apartment itself was very clean, well supplied with kitchen appliances and utensils, and with a great range of dvds, books and games. Although the lounge and main bedroom has aircon, we had a lovely sea breeze running through the rooms so didnt need to use it very much, and the evening sunset view was stunning. The underground parking spot came into its own on weekends when the area got busy with beach visitors, and we loved being able to just walk across the road and be on the beach! We are hoping to book for next year!

An excellent location with views of the beach from the belcony. The apartment was clean and spacious. The children loved the pool and made lots of new friends. Bus routes are nearby but it is advisable to hire a car as there is so many places to see. The local markets are good and there is some beautiful scenery surrounding this area. Suitable for couples and families alike, this is the second year running that we have been to this particular complex . Fantastic time was had by all.

Upon arrival we were met by Phil who promptly showed me how and where to park the car. Then we were shown to our apartment and had a brief explanation of how the air con. worked etc. All this was quite late at night, so I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of this guy.
The apartment was far more than I expected, very clean and the air con. worked perfectly, so refreshing to walk into from 40 degree heat.The bedrooms were spacious, though one thing was the lack of air con. in the kids bedroom. This wasn't such a problem though, just meant keeping their door open as much as possible, though there is a ceiling fan in there. Not really a problem. The kitchen has all that anyone would need, the washing machine works very well and was used regularly. The lounge is very spacious, and the selection of DVD's kept the kids quiet whilst their tea was being made, though that wasn't that often.
The pool area was fantastic for everyone, private and patrolled by security staff we knew that things were safe, all in all a very relaxing atmosphere.
Outside the complex there are a few resteraunts a 5 min. walk away which were fine. there is also a bar on the beach called the Refugio bar which was our last port of call every night, the place opens late and is very good for the kids. The staff are very friendly, nothing too much trouble.
We also ventured a little further on a few occasions, the Chinese resteraunt in Cabo de Paulos is very good, a banquet and various extra meals enough for five adults and seven kids was less tha 100 Euros, including drinks.
There are also some nice resteraunts in Los Belones, another short taxi ride away, also good value for money.
All i all a very enjoyable place to spend a week or longer, I will definitely be going back.

Great appartment. Good location for seeing the area, close to everything we wanted to do. Nice views from the balcony and roof. This was an excelant value for the money. We would stay here again, and recomend this appartment to anyone.
