Detached Luxury Villa with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) 2 bathrooms, lounge dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 6 but will accommodate 8 with 2 children.
Private 10 x 5m pool surrounded by patio and garden, with sun beds, table and chairs and BBQ.
All furniture and fittings are of a high standard with Sky TV, DVD, CD player, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and sunbathing towels are included.
The villa is situated in a tranquil part of the country club just 1 minute walk from the communal pool. There is a small roof terrace to the master bedroom to enjoy relaxing evenings watching the magnificent mountains as the sunsets.
The country club itself has a large communal pool area with restaurant / bar, tennis courts and French boules pitches.
There is a golf course approx 3 miles away and it is about a 10 minute drive to the fantastic sandy beach and marina.
A shopping centre is just 2 miles away where there are bars and a variety of restaurants serving a multicultural cuisine.
Mazarron town is approx 4 miles away and Mazarron port is approx 6 miles away.
Alicante Airport 1hr 15mins. Murcia Airport (San Javier) 40mins.
