Holiday apartment rental in Andalucia on the Costa Del Sol, it is 10-15 minutes walk from Puerto Banus marina & only an 8 minute drive to the center of Marbella.
There is also a sports centre and tennis court & a number of golf courses nearby. Within 5 minutes walk there restaurants, bars, shops, a laundrette and a newsagent.
The apartment has one bedroom, which has 2 large single beds. The living area consists of a large open plan lounge with kitchen/dining and patio doors opening onto the garden terrace leading to the shared swimming pool.

The apartment is situated in a quiet street, but still in the very close to numerous activities. All the main attractions are within walking distance e.g. Puerto Banus marina is just a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
The area itself has many local shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets to cater for everything you will need for your stay.

Steps lead up to the double bedroom, which has 2 large single beds which can be pushed together. There is a full length mirror and plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
Adjacent is the separate bathroom, including bath with a power shower, WC, bidet, basin, mirror and power point. There is marble flooring throughout the whole apartment. Air conditioning is fitted as is central heating.
