The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We stayed at El Parque over Christmas, looking for some peace a quiet and we werent disappointed as the villa is in a lovely rural location yet only a minutes drive from the main motorway and the nearby town of Ontinyent. The apartments are west-facing so even in the winter evenings we enjoyed some warm sunshine and when it became too cold outside we retired in front of a lovely open fire with logs supplied by the owners and a portable gas fire to help keep any chills out. The apartment we stayed in (#2 I think) is very spacious and is fully equipped with with everything we needed including a decent wi-fi connection and free-sat tv. The bathroom is also large, has a bath, and a more than adequate shower (not one of those dribbles you often find in holiday apartments).
