Villa Mimosa was just what we needed! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the facilities of the villa were just as Graham & Julie described in the write up.
Mel and Les from next door very kindly provided us with a welcome pack to help us out after our delayed arrival. They were available for advice during our stay but never intrusive.
Graham was extremely helpful before our arrival and provided valuable information about the villa and surrounding area.
We spent a relaxing week by the fantastic pool. It is really difficult to drag yourself away from the pool and that fantastic view from the terraces.
Our 3 year old daughter loved it which made our holiday even more special.
In summary,Villa Mimosa is beautiful, clean, spacious and above all a relaxing home from home.
We have now been spoilt and I believe its probably impossible to find a better place to enjoy a relaxing break.
Thank you Graham & Julie!
We will back again.

We were impressed with the photos before the trip, but arriving there is something else. The quality of the villa is excellent. Its in a lovely setting with a view that we never tired of. We dined outside every day and took advantage of the pool and barbeque.
The villa is well equipped we needed nothing that wasnt already there.
The owner was extremely helpful in allowing us to replace a DVD player which stopped working while we were there. He credited us the cost and the price of a couple of bottles of bubbly for our trouble.
Youll have no trouble with this villa. Wed definitely stay again.
A car is essential for the duration of your stay as while Orba is equipped to provide most of the items you might need, it is a small town and driving further afield brings the benefits of more shops and restaurants. Saying that, the restaurants in Orba provided excellent value for money.

Villa Mimosa is presented exceptionally well, spotlessly clean & tidy and all amenities in good order. The location was perfect for us, a quiet well established neighbourhood, very close to a traditional Spanish village with some great restaurants. All within easy reach of more established tourist hubs & beaches should you so desire. PERFECT ! My family, including wife, grandma, 3 children (7, 5 & 3) all had a great time. Les and his lovely wife were a great support, providing directions to a family beach away from the crowds and even lending us two beach umbrellas for our day there. They went out of their way to ensure we were all ok.
Graham Smith the owner provided us with exemplary directions to get there, its only 8km from the main motorway and answered all of our questions via e-mail promptly. Their whole website is very well put together with lots of good info you can read prior to your visit. The whole process made easier by the professional way with which they approach the letting of their home.
All in all a great vacation, we loved all aspects of the villa, the pool and the views being top of our list. WE WILL BE BACK !

"Hot hot hot! We caught a heatwave in Spain, and it has been up to 40 degrees C, and sunny all week. We have really enjoyed our stay. The villa is brilliant and we are looking forward to coming back soon." Mr & Mrs N. Aug. 08

Beautiful villa and great views, we've had a really relaxing week - just wish we'd booked two! Weather was fab and we found everything we needed in the villa. Our little one enjoyed his first ever holiday and had a splash about in the pool. Some wonderful memories, wonderful villa, we'll be back! Mr & Mrs H. Sept 08

The Villa was clean, tidy and an excellent base for our holiday in the Costa Blanca. The position and views are outstanding the pool is immaculately clean, the surroundings peaceful and access to all activities ideal. Information provided prior to and on arrival was first rate and helped us to make the most our stay in Spain. Would we return? Definately.

We had a wonderful time at your Villa, thank you. Especially enjoyed the pool lights at night, lying on the loungers enjoying the vies over the valley from the terraces! It's superbly well equipped, we couldn't think of anything missing! We will rebook for next year. RC, Essex

As the sun sets on the far side of the valley, casting its long shadows over the warm Spanish evening, one is tempted to ask: is this heaven?... Not quite, but this is the Villa Mimosa experience, a high specification holiday home, furnished in the owners' fine taste.
We spent a lovely week here, in this popular part of the Costa Blanca - swimming, barbecueing, playing cards, watching MTV and enjoying the ambience of the villa and its surrounding countryside. Great for a quiet break, or an action-packed one, it is difficult to fault the Villa Mimosa!

May 20th 2006:
We had a lovely holiday. The weather was a little mixed although still fantastic compared to usual England standards. One cloudy day we went to Valencia, got a bit lost en route (again) but went to the L'Oceangrafic - what a place, it was fantastic.
The villa is beautiful and very well done, the workmanship is faultless and with so much space too, we really loved it.
We especially liked watching the sunsets over the mountains and then all the twinkling lights coming on. Peaceful.
