Palmanova is a lively resort in the south of Mallorca / Majorca. It is likened to Blackpool with sun (and better beaches!)! It is perfect for a party hard holiday, as in the area, in and around Magaluf and Palma Nova boasts well over 100 bars.
From October to around Easter the next year, Magaluf does go through somewhat of a personality change along with its nightlife. As families and the young groups of party goers begin to leave the island, Magaluf and Palma Nova are then marketed very strongly towards middle aged couples and others who want to take advantage of winter sunshine holidays.

Services: bars, restaurants and shops; sun loungers and parasols for hire.
The island's main entertainment areas are within close reach and in addition the quiet nearby beach boasts crystal clear waters in an area blessed by a mild and sunny climate.

Magalluf has plenty of fun attractions for the whole family. One of the best is the Nemo Submarine. It’s an actual submarine you can enter and see unique panaromic views of fish, wrecks and a scuba diving show.

The Western Water Park in Magalluf has numerous attractions; water slides, diving shows, birds of prey, kids rides, knife throwing shows and pony rides. It also has cafes where you can chill out relax.

The Pirates show in Magalluf takes place in the evening but is well suited to kids. It’s non-stop mayhem…fun and laughter with some frightening acrobatics. They serve some delicious BBQ food.

Palmanova has two main beaches and a small marina and is internationally known for the huge numbers of tourists who visit it each year. Magalluf is adjacent to the west and east are Caliu. It offers a multitude of quality services to its visitors including: the Golf fantasy in which the player can go three different routes between waterfalls and birds. They also offer Mini, watercraft, motorcycles, pedaloes, parachute. There is a strong team of police and civil defense, as well as medical services, and infrastructure that keep cleaning streets, sidewalks and beaches in perfect condition for the enjoyment of tourists.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking.

Nice apartment in a great location. Everything within walking distance. Very clean and good appliances (big fridge/freezer, washing machine, bedroom fans and more). Spacious balcony with beach view. Would reccomend to anyone with 5 or less travellers. Very reasonably priced.

only one quib appartment not in location as stated on map on villarenters site.caused me a bit of confussion on night of departure as address and supposed location didnt match ,sited much closer to magaluf which at first concerned me and our party. however we ended up loving the appartments location and views.in peak season could be alot more noise. Nice clean appartment with great views kitchen a bit small living area spacious bedrooms spacious nice bathroom.large parking area with remote gate .on arriving the actual building looks a bit tired but dont let this put you off. great location for beach just out through front garden straight on to beach.

Just a word to say thank you for your welcome in Palma Nova on the 8th April 2009. We had a lovely, relaxed family time even though the weather was miserable most of the time :-( Our only regret was not bringing warmer clothes with us such as woolly jumpers - we have never experienced weather in Majorca that was just so cold.

The apartment was lovely and we hope to go back some day soon - we hope that you are well and thank you once again for your hospitality.

Our only regret was not bringing warmer clothes with us such as woolly jumpers. We have never experienced weather in Majorca that was just so cold.
