A south facing, semi detached bungalow in a quiet location, only a short walk from Flamingo beach, the town, the ferry to Fuerteventura and the harbour. In this central location a car is not a necessity, with the taxi rank and the bus stop only a short stroll.

This property (totally refurbished for September 2008), is tucked away in the north-west corner of this small complex of 34 bungalows with mature gardens, communal pool, sun terraces and spectacular mountain views.

Interior
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a double sofa bed, easy chairs, coffee tables, dining table and chairs. It is equipped with satellite TV, CD and DVD players. Some books and games will be provided for your entertainment.

The self -contained open plan kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, hobs, microwave and ample storage space. It is equipped with Ironing board, iron, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, safe and drawer space. The fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit with storage space and WC. Other items supplied includes hairdryer, clother airer and cleaning equipment. A cot can be supplied on request.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

We stayed in the bungalow for a week in August 2011 and had a fantastic stay. We are looking to book again for next year because we had such a nice, relaxed and quiet time. Local amenities were close at hand and the beach which was a 5 minute walk away was great for sunbathing and swimming. Andy and Shirley were on the complex to answer any questions and make recommendations about trips which was really useful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic fortnight at no. 21 Jardin del Sol over Xmas and New Year. The bungalow was clean and well equipped - especially nice to have a hairdryer and washing machine, and loved the walk-in shower. I took full advantage of the patio area which is a total suntrap - plenty of room for the sunbeds so enjoyed reading in the sun. The location within Playa Blanca is ideal - a couple of minutes walk to Punta Limones with a couple of bars and restaurants, you certainly dont need a car. We booked a tour though customer travel at the kiosk down by the Port and enjoyed a great day out. All in all an excellent holiday, brilliant value and I would recommend no. 21 to everyone.
