The town is situated 5km away from beautiful sandy beaches and the 250 year old townhouse is just 5 minutes walk from Pollensa town square with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
Activities such as horse riding, sailing, golf, wind surfing, cycling and mountain walks are popular and easily available in the area.
