Terraces, Parking and dinning room
This is a lovely property, complete with swimming pool, in the prestigious area called La Font. It has large grounds of its own, and beautiful views to the mountains.
The property is approached up a long drive, where there is plenty of room for parking. The villa is in excellent condition. You will notice immediately very large terrace areas to the front and side of the villa. From the front terrace you enter through double doors into the main room, which is spacious and well appointed with soft furnishings around an old-fashioned chimney. On the right hand side there is a large dining area. Beyond the dining area a door leads to the kitchen area of the house, and another door leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms
The kitchen is very large and attractive and equipped with all modern fittings. It also contains a separate breakfast area with table and seating. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside through a door to the side of the front terrace.
Leaving the main room, you can reach the bedrooms. The first one on the right is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobe. The two on the left are twins. All are furnished in attractive modern style, and all have wardrobes. They all have views to the mountains. There is a bathroom next to the double bedroom, and another bathroom next to the far twin room.
Pool, garden and barbecue
The swimming pool is in a pretty situation to the side of the house, with a barbecue area at one end, and old trees around it such as carobs and cherry trees. The pool area is situated in a large lawned garden, completely enclosed by a hedge of trees. This is a lovely villa for relaxing at, and soaking up the sunshine, but within easy striking distance of all the local attractions.
