Villa Jessica has all you require for an away from it all family holiday.

The property was purchased foremost for family holidays and therefore the facilities have been installed with that in mind, we welcome visitors to share our home and ask that they enjoy and respect it as we do. This is an ideal property for familys with young children or for older people wishing to use it as a base for touring this beautiful area. the Beautiful La Barrosa beach is just 5 min drive and is second to none in Spain. the area is steeped in history with Trafalgar Point just 45 min drive and Cadiz the oldest city in Europe just 25 min. The Sherry Bodegas in Jerez are also a worthwhile day out as is the Andalucian Riding School.We can advise you on the many wonderful restaurants to be had where you can enjoy the local quisine. Please enquire for long Winter lets which are available from November to end of March from 187 pounds per week. For a day out for the kids, (big ones as well), why not visit the Aqualand Centre in Puerto Santa Maria, an absolute must. Gibraltar is a 75 -90 min drive where you can spend the morning visiting the caves and meeting the Barbary Apes, finish your morning by having lunch on the Marina before driving back along the coastal road back to your base.
English TV is currently available but is not guarenteed due to local changes in legislation.

Villa Jessica is ideally located, The pool has gates either side for the safety of children and older people alike. It is also priced realistically for this area. It is ideally located not just for touring but also its close proximity to Jerez Grand Prix Circuit. several times each year you can see F1 testing at the outrages price of 5€, not forgetting of course the Moto GP which is just 30 min away

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Posted 22nd April 2012. calme, détente et sécurité Villa conforme en tous points à la description. Bien équipée, et bien située dans un quartier calme. Jardin et piscine agréables. Le tout bien sécurisé, ce qui est très appréciable avec un enfant de 3 ans. Dommage, il était encore tôt dans la saison (mi-avril) et nous navons pu profiter ni de la piscine, ni de la mer, encore trop fraiches...

Posted 15th January 2013. Rien à redire !!! Belle maison et bien situé pour découvrir ce coin de lAndalousie. La maison est spacieuse et tout y est pour passer un bon moment. Merci.

We have now stayed here for the past 3 years. We find the accomadation and facilities first class. The added benefit of the internet and English TV is an added benefit, not that we watched much TV. We were only five minutes from the beach where we are spoilt for choce with the abundance of retaurants. The beaches are some of the best we have ever seen. Supermarkets are only a five minute drive also. Victoria Marshall, Milton Keynes.
