LOVELY LARGE APARTMENT. HAD LOTS OF WINDOWS, SO WAS VERY LIGHT. BOTH BEDROOMS LEAD OUT ONTO THE BALCONY WHICH
WAS VERY LARGE. ALL AMENITIES.
THE GENTLEMEN WHO MET US AND TOOK US TO THE APT WAS
VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

We had a very comforfortable stay in apartment 468. The amenities were excellent and the facilities in the apartment were fantastic there was everything you could possibly want or need for a stay in Tenerife. We particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony with the comfortable furniture. Together with the south facing aspect there was plenty of opportunity to take in the early morning or late evening sun.
I would definately recommend this apartment to family and friends and will hopefully be back myself sometime soon.

The property is just as described, and the photos are justified. The greatest advantage to the property is its size, huge L-shaped balcony, which has plenty of comfy seats, and table, and is south facing, so retains a sunny aspect, which other balconies miss out on. And a lovely pool and sea view. The beds are very comfy too. The kitchen is well equipped and basically clean throughout. Booking and entry procedures were easy. It is a child friendly apartment, and the dvd player would have been a godsend, had the sound worked properly. I noticed a recent review also had a problem with this, so this does need seeing to, to keep the kids happy and quiet. Also the electricity went off a couple of times, the second time it didnt come back on straight away. We did have an emergency number just in case, but I wonder whether the reception would have helped us, with it being a private apartment, if we would have needed them. We just went to bed, and the fuse board restored power a few hours later. May be a recurrent problem, not sure there. The hotel restaurant worth a visit too, especially bbq nites. Overall well located, close to shops and amenities, taxi rank, exchange, restaurants. Had a very comfortable stay and an enjoyable holiday, and would definately consider a return visit to property. Thanks.
Owner reply:
Thank you for your review. We will buy a new DVD player. Sorry about the electricity but I understand this was a general power cut for the whole area.
I am glad you enjoyed the apartment and I hope to hear from you again.

We had a lovely holiday in this apartment, it doesnt say when being advertised that the 2nd bedroom also comes out onto the balcony so we were really pleased to see it did.
It just meant the adults in the two bedrooms could just go through the bedroom doors without disturbing sleeping child in the living room, so was very handy. We would definitely book the apartment again if we were going as a family, lovely and spacious and very airy so we could actually sleep at night without having to use the fans. But they were there anyway had we needed them. We seemed to have slight prob with volume on dvd it seemed to work once a day but then the volume went, not sure if it was us not working it right or what, it wasnt really a huge problem as it was only for my grandson just to watch in bed. He just put it on with sub-titles :-)..
Ironing board and iron were handy and there seems to be all the equipment you could ever need for cooking etc,
Superb holiday.. I would defiitely recommend the apartment, just sitting on the balcony was lovely if you fancied a day in. Fab views..

we were all extremely happy with this apartment.the only downside may be the complex can be a little noisy but we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This was our second stay at 468 Santa Maria, and again we had an amazing holiday! The apartment is lovely and well equipped, we found everything we needed and more! It is in a great location, close to some great restaurants and beaches, and also great for all the family! The balcony is huge and our son (who has just learned to walk) loved going out there exploring, as well as investigating inside too, which is also huge!! We will definately be returning later on in the year!

As it says in the description, this apartment is stunning. The apartment is a lot bigger than the pictures make out. If we return to the Torviscas area my family and I would definitely stay at this apartment again. It was like home from home. The pool area is great and staff very friendly.
The taxi transfer was excellent too.
Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

The apartment was exactly as described on the web site with everything right on the door step. The balcony is stunning we enjoyed sitting looking to the sea with a glass or two of wine.
There are plenty of pans, plates etc. The large fridge is great for those cool drinks.
We booked the taxi through villarenters and the service was excellent, Larry collected us and showed us into the apartment.
I would stay here again and would recommend a trip up mount Teide as the views are stunning.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment, we found it very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There was three in our party, including our 6 month old son so had plenty of space for our stay. Although the apartment would be more than adequate for 4-6 people! We found everything we needed in the accommodation, the beds were comfortable and the additional equipment (travel cot and high chair) met our needs.
A lovely apartment, great balcony, was much bigger than we expected! We enjoyed spending a lot of time out there looking at the views!
Would definitely recommend and will be returning next year!

For a family of 5 it was a spacious apartment with a large balcony with very good views. Perhaps air conditioning in the lounge would have been helpful especially in the very hot summer months of July and August.
The double bed was too soft but was adequate for 7 nights.
The fridge/freezer needs moving slightly to the right to be flush with the kitchen units. This woukld prevent the entry door to the apartment from marking the appliance when opened.
Overall an excellent apartment, neat and clean on arrival.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding apartment just as described, in fact, better. If we ever go back to tenerife I would definately try to book this apartment 1st. Even had a carton of milk and bottle of water in fridge when we arrived (without requesting)

This is an excellent property in a great location. Although there wasnt a lot of activities organised by the hotel complex itself. (we were there out of peak season). Everything you could need is right on the doorstep from supermarkets to top class resteraunts and bars. The pool in the complex is immaculate and cleaned every day only decision was whether to spend the day there or make the short 5 minute walk to the splendid beaches. i would highly reccomend this property and will definately book again for myself

As first time users of Villa Renters, i have to admit we were a bit sceptical....we were wrong. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, exactly as was described & pictured. We would like to thank the owners for having the most well equipt apartment we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The complex was well run, there was some entertainment during the day & nightly shows...but most of the nightly shows catered for the older generation. That made no impact on us as there is so many places to go at night...whether you want a nice romantic meal, a bit of family fun or just a mad night out the local area has it all. We had a brilliant holiday here, we were a party of 2 adults & 4 Kids & would definitely recommend it to all. Cant wait to go back again. Thx soo much. Nigel,Chris & 4 Kids!
