Our whole family enjoyed the stay very much. It is definitely good value for money we spent. It is a very nice villa with plenty space for our 3 generations family. The house is very close to the sea and we can walk on bare foot anytime to the beach. The community pool has amazing view and clean water that we love it as much as our wonderful private mini pool. The house is equipped sufficiently with complete kitchen facilities but some of them not working well like toaster and the washing machine (we can see it locked in a room but it is not available for use, do not know why). The owner is very friendly and help us for car rental etc. We made a day tour all around the island to check out all the beaches. Finally we found out the beach near our villa is super nice one, quiet, clean and not touristic. The neighbours are friendly and easy going, some of them are permanent residents. So the whole stay is really relax and feel like a holiday home. This is exactly what we wished. We have shared this experience with friends and many of them are excited to try once in the future. We will come back again for sure!

Property is not beach-front but very close to the beach (third row). Quiet environment off the main tourist places, basically what we had been looking for. Property is nice but a bit worn out (patio furniture) and a lot of things arent working the way they are supposed to: dish washer had problems so it got uninstalled, kitchen sink wasnt working properly and couldnt get fixed, no hot water in one of the showers, private pool circulation pump had to be fixed twice, community pool was usable for three days ...
The main problem of the property is the local management which is divided into someone that takes care of the rentals and someone else responsible for maintaining the property (so we have been told, never saw the latter one). They are simply unable to get the problems fixed despite numerous phone calls we had with them without really getting anywhere. Typical example right from the beginning of our trip - I asked via email whether we would be picked up at the airport but never got any response. Consequently we took a taxi to get to the property only to find out that no one was there. Luckily the guy at security was able to arrange a set of keys from somewhere so we could spend the night. Next day the lady managing the rentals comes by and tells us that she had been awaiting us at the airport ..
Bottom line is - given the rental rates and the current condition of the property and its management I would not recommend the place. I will definitely not consider going back - there are a lot of other places on Koh Samui that seem more appealing ...

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood and right by the beach, which was ideal for our family vacation. Clean and spacious. We enjoyed the full vacation!

A very nice property in one of the best areas of Koh Samui. The beach is really beautiful, very quiet and not crowded. There are a lot of corals in the sea, so at low tide it can be a little difficult to swim. In 300 m walking distance is a complet sandy beach-area, so there the access to the sea is always possible. The water is not very clear, so snorkeling is not really good. This is the only negativ thing to be mentioned, but thats a problem all over Koh Samui. The water is more or less polluted, the corals are dying, cause of the immense amount of tourists on the island and the lack of purification-plants.
The house itself is very well equiped and furnitured. Some parts of the house are beginning to look a little bit used (showers, dishwasher, roof (not "Heavy-rain-proof") and some parts of the furniture). The private pool at the house is tiny but very nice and really private. The big common pool is perfect, with a "Postcard-View" over the sea.
There is a good maid-service (2 times a week) provided.
There are some small Thai restaurants in walking distance with tasty food (the best is Terrace House at the ringroad).
The house is recommended for a quiet "family-vacation" and for that purpose it is nearly perfect.

Had a fantastic stay.... The property is gorgeous and right by the beach. The beach is beautiful - one of the best Ive seen in Thailand - and I have lived here almost 10 years.
There is almost nothing that this place lacks. Its just a great GREAT place to stay - and I would love to stay here again...
thank you for giving us a bit of paradise for our holiday... !!!

The propety has accurate description and pictures. Location is good for quiet family rest.
This villa is third from the beach (30m actually), but I found it as advantage - communal pool located close to the beach and first row villas and sometimes it is quite noisy at night time because of midnight swimmers)
I would recommend to hire a car or motorbike, it is pretty simple - just ask to the property service team, so you can reach closest 7/11 store and of course you will have freedom to travel across the island.
There are two restaurants within walk distance - one at beach and one at road. Of couse if you rent a car or take taxi or tuk-tuk you can enjoy the variety of Chaeweng restaurants.
The only problem we had - it is annoying mosquitos. Our baby suffered so much. Take something against mosquitos in advance.
Finally, I have to say this place is definitely recommended. We have had the best vacation there so far!

The property was excellent and the communal pool area was very nice. The only real issue is the location which is a bit remote from the restaurants and bars. Nice and quiet and fine for a family. Would definitely recommend the hired cook service which was really good value and quality

Coconut Paradise truly is a tropical paradise. Located in a quiet area with beautiful grounds and a nice quiet beach. Beautiful villa, fully equipped & well decorated and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not many amenities near the property but transportation is inexpensive & readily available from the main road. Grocery store in Nathon (15 min drive). Lots of good restaurants in Mae Nam (10 min drive). There is a good Thai restaurant (Jun Hom) within walking distance.
Suggestions for owner:
1. We did not expect transportation to be provided to and from airport. Pleasant surprise but we wasted money on bus tickets. Suggest you clarify this on the website or otherwise communicate this to guests.
2. I wrote to the owner through this website with some questions and did not receive a reply. This process should be looked at.
3. Recommend that an information package be left at the villa for guests (how to use TV, appliances etc, information on transportation options, local tours, restaurants etc).
4. There were only about 6 lounge chairs at the common pool which was not enough for all the villas. Beach is too narrow to really sit on so its important to have enough loungers at the pool.
