Very clean, well presented villa and pool. We had a small problem with the air-con but was fixed the same day. Very helpful to have use of the car . Thank you Sue for all your help.

View Point Villa was perfect for our needs. We were four couples each with a baby! It was the perfect long weekend for us. The pool entertained the children and then in the evening we could put them all to sleep and socialise together outside with the BBQ by the pool. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed so it was easy to prepare food for everyone, wash & sterilise to our hearts content!
We were incredibly well looked after by Khun Suban who was there to welcome us and sadly....wave us goodbye.

Good value for the money.

Everything was OK, the only thing was that I read somewhere that the distance to the beach was 200 meter, that must be about 700 meter and there is no 400m2 garden but 200m2. No problem for us but it can give expectations,

The villa more than lived up to our expectations - couldn't fault it. If anything, it was nicer than described. View Point Village is a really good location - nice and close to Pattaya so you can enjoy it without being disturbed by the 24x7 partying. Nice and close to the beach too. The free use of car (looked like a brand new one at that) was a lovely touch. Managed to get out and explore the local area quite a bit - there's lots going on there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone - we'll be going again!

Lovely House, in a great place. Well looked after while we were there. Loads and loads of space definitely better than staying in a hotel. Will definitely go again!

Our first trip to Pattaya - had a ball. Jomtien beach is great too, very relaxing.
The villa was lovely. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and more than lived up to the words in the advert. We especially appreciated the garden and the communal pool which was close by. Our maid Dom came every day to clean and even did bits of shopping for us.
Overall, ten out of ten - great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

our stay at view point
we was picked up in bangkok and driven straight to the house which was all aranged by the owners.
we was greeted by duan who looked after us throughout the holiday (changing bed sheets, cleaning etc).the house was immaculate and beautifully furnished throughout, the house was spacious and fitted with everything from tv,dvd, and stereo system, a european kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms . the village was secure and gaurds patrol the village 24 hours . the village is in a quiet location , but only a ten minute drive to the centre of pattaya , so the brand new car which was provided free with the rental of the house came in handy , but if your going on a night out expect to pay no more than 200 baht in a taxi. the pool was clean and most of the time very quiet .
our advice to any one going to pattaya is forget hotels and find a house , the freedom the house and car gives you makes your holiday much better.
