The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We were fortunate enough to rent this villa as the owners had just completed the building, It is located right in the heart of a traditional fishing village,its just 40 metres to the beach, you can smell the hot bread from the bakery baked each morning also metres away. Within the village there are 15 restaurants a pharmacy , spa and beauty salon,laundry all virtually at your doorstep.Thursday nights there is Walking Street, this a carnival type atmosphere with traditional food stalls, jewellery ,cocktails,all sold by locals. We loved this place and will come back again. Carmel and Luke Oglethorpe Australia
