Apartment in Sousse
Sousse, the most touristic and the nicest one in Tunisia, Sunny, lovely, full of life,
Apartment is welll situated between Sousse town and Marina Kantaoui (3 km away), 1 km from beach and hotels, on the main road of Hammam Sousse, in Errahba, transport is really very easy and not expensive,
Apartment is on the 4th floor, with really a very nice view on Sousse region, it have a great balcony where sure you can enjoy staying in the morning or in the night, you can see hotels and sea from, sea life start in the morning and enjoy a sun bath there,
Apartment is spacious and great, with a great living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,...
You dont need really a car when you book my apartment to visit Sousse or even to visit other places in Tunisia, Transport facilitie is very easy to get, cheap, and you can find it almost 24h a day, but if you have your own car, you have car paking,...
Shops and restaurants are close to the apartment and you can find your self in any interesting place in Sousse in just 5 min drive,
Renters always like the apartment while it is different for sure from hotels routine life, they feel more comfortable receiving their friends, and going out, eating when they want and what they like to eat, also living in an apartment instead of a hotel cost less money for budget renters,
What renters told me, is that they like apartment balcony view, they sea the full Sousse town, and admire watching life starting in town in the morning and then it slow down lat in the night
Also apartment is really quiet enough to let you really feel away from all noise when sleeping,
When you get your breakfast in the morning and you are in the balcony, you can really hear birds singing and wishing you nice day, i really by my self enjoy it,
Living room is great, it have a dining table for 4 people, satellite channel on tv are in english, french, german,... the what ever your langage is you can find something to watch on tv :)

I have bought this used apartment on 2008, i have done some renovations, and have done all my best to let is a little nice touristic rental apartment, i always try all my best to ensure my renters are enjoying their stay,
Errahba Sidi Ibrahim
Apartment is located on the main road of hammam sousse, some people call it "Route de Tunis" while it is the road getting stright to Tunis, other may call it "GP1",
Errahba represent the ancien medina (village), the old village of Hammam Sousse, it have a nice tunisian decoration, full of life, shops and restaurant are available, people are friendly, you will see a special typically tunisian place you wont find even in Medina of Sousse,
Errahba 5 min drive you can find your self in the beach, kantaoui, sousse,...
Errahba also is quiet and lovely place, you will see how people are living away from touristic places,
Also what i like is transport facilities, believe me that you can find transport to any place any time, just in front of the residence you can find taxi, louage, bus stop, and when you want to go to any place you can get the louage with cheap prices
