First impression on walking through the gate: stunning. Inside, all marble and very smart, very well equipped. Fabulous pool, very warm (sunny, late September). About 15 minute stroll into town, so very convenient. Loved Dalyan - lots to do. Local shop within 400m for basics.

Very impressed with the facilities in the villa, although some parasols around the pool would have been appreciated as we had to keep moving the sunbeds for shade from the midday sun.
The local people in the supermarket even carried our shopping home late one night and a couple of the restaurants even provided transport to pick us up from the villa then return us back at the end of the evening. Perhaps they took pity on five ladies being 50+.
Thoroughy enjoyed our week and a big thankyou to Orca for arranging the great boat trips, well worth the money and the Turkish Bathesare a must.
Looking forward to coming back again to Dalyan and hopefully Villa Artemis will be available.

A very comfortable and beautiful villa. Lots of inside and outside space. There were only 4 of us so we had loads of room. The kitchen is lovely and huge. The lounge area is bigger than it looks on the picture. Ideally set in a quiet lane which is pretty well lit at night. Felt very safe there. The locals are very friendly. Amazingly relaxed holiday - Dalyan is gorgeous, our 2nd time here. Lots of fantastic places to eat and visit. Boat trips are wonderful. Recommend the airport transfer - very good value and a great service direct to the villa.

The villa was beautiful. It was so clean and decorated beautifully.
With 6 adults we wer concerned we would get in each others way but it was very spaceous and all facilities of a very high standard.
The pool was well looked after and clean, as well as warm. We spend most of our time by the pool.
Dalyan is a lovely town just right size, with enough bars, shops and resturants to keep it interesting.
Cannot recomend this villa enough.

we stayed at villa artemis last year, we booked online and did not really know what to expect, it was absolutley fantastic, we could not fault it, the villa, oruc staff and the whole package was first class, the airport transfers were smooth and very prompt, ten out of ten to all concerned. The only problem we found was that two weeks in this villa is not enough,

Villa Artemis is a very comfortable and accommodating Villa. The gardens are delightful and the pool wonderful. There is plenty of shade around the Villa to escape the midday sun and the cooling afternoon breeze is very welcome. A small "corner shop" can be found a few minutes walk from the Villa where daily provisions of bread milk and Efes etc can be bought and about 10 mins further on in Dalyan are a variety of shops and supermarkets where all provisions for a self-catering holiday are met. Dalyan has an abundence of restaurants and bars for those not so keen on the self-catering basis where meals range from a simple omlette to local lamb dishes - all reasonably priced. The Oruc representatives including the gardeners and maid service are excellent and the arrangements for collection and return to the airport were "spot-on". This was our 4th visit to Dalyan and we shall certainly be returning.

Villa Artemis is a real credit to you. The interior is well furnished and equipped we especially liked the local artwork around the place. The information pack detailing pretty much everything you need to know was an absolute gem and very well put together. Everything from the mobile phone to the bikes that were there for our use was great value add. The pool, gardens and terrace were well maintained throughout our stay, all in all we had a fantastic time thank you very much.

A Little Piece of Heaven
The Villa is situated on the outskirts of town in a very quiet and peaceful location and is about a ten minute walk into the centre of town. It has 2 nice sized double bedrooms [one on suite] and a third with bunk beds. Downstairs is open planned and very well appointed. The Villas handling agents were helpful when needed. The pool was looked at twice a day. The villa was cleaned weekly.
Although Dalyan is probably one of the best holiday locations in the world I have been too, my wife and I found it extremely difficult to drag ourselves away from the Villa. From the terrace the views of the surroundings and wildlife are stunning. The pool is inviting at all times. The location is peaceful. This is a fantastic Villa in a truly wonderful place. I hope to visit again soon.

Marc - Kay and I had a lovely time. Dalyan is a beautiful place to stay and surpassed all our expectations, as did your lovely Villa! We were visited by an Oruc rep on our third day and we booked a tour of the 12 Islands with them. It was a fantastic day out and our guide managed to book a larger boat than usual, somehow, which was lucky! The locals were really friendly and we found several nice restaurants to have lunch and dinner, although we did eat at the Villa too, inside and out! The kitchen was excellent and we enjoyed using the bikes on occasion. Eventually we wandered down to the river and took a rowing boat across to see the rock tombs and explore the local area. Well, I mustn’t go on otherwise I’ll be typing all day! We did sign the visitors book, which we liked so much we went to the market and haggled for a few of our own! We were really impressed with Oruc as they really took care of us. We’ll definitely be back next year, if that’s ok! Take care and thanks again.

What a beautiful place and so unspoilt, i can't wait to have the opportunity to go back! 1 week really wasn't enough. The weather was 32ᆼ degrees absolutley gorgeous! and I am missing the pool already.

"We stayed here in June and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The booking process was friendly and straightforward. The taxi transfer was on time and efficient and the villa itself was as described and had everything we required. The accommodation was spotless, the pool cleaned daily in an unobtrusive fashion and the aircon ensured we could escape from the heat when required. Our stay was just as restful as we wanted it to be. The area itself is fascinating with lots of places to visit. We would definitely stay here again."
