A spacious 4 bedroom duplex apartment ideal for friends and family alike. This well appointed apartment is on a gated complex with 24 hour security. It comes fully equiped for up 2 8 guests. The apartment is airconditioned throughout, to cope with those hot Turkish days. Theare two balconies with views out over the countryside. The lower balcony has a large table and chaisr idel for Al Fresco meals. Set amidst gardens and next to the large swimming pool it is the perfect place to chill out, or as a base to explore the local countryside.The complex also has a pool bar. There are occassional BBQ's on site. Parking is available outside the complex gates. You will find a Local Dolmus (shared taci) service stops at the botom of the drive, to enable you to gat to Didim (for banks, Migros Supermarket and shops or Altinkum for the beach, bars and restaurants.

Locally you will find a supermarket. The apartment is a short distance to Mavisheir beach. Aproximatly 1.5KM. It is close to the Temple of Apollo in Didim. Altinkum is a Dolmus ride awayi fi you want the night life.. There are some lovely walks if you enjoy the countryside.
