This is a very modern property in the in a brand new complex. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room/kitchen area and two balconies overlooking the pool area. The complex is walled and gated and is ideal for young families and couple alike. The complex perfectly located in a quiet residential part of Didim and is just a short 3 min drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the main centre of town.

The main beaches are only 3 minutes away. It is sandy and slopes gently for about 75 yards which is great for younger visitors. There are other beaches close. The main walking promenade has everything that you could possibly wish for to make your day out at the beach a long and enjoyable one. A short Dolmus bus ride away is the new marina.

The Apartments
We are offering two large, air conditioned, luxury apartments which have two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two singles – and ample wardrobe space. It is also possible to sleep another two people on the bed settee in the living room. Both apartments are on the ground floor and are pool facing. Should you require more than two apartments, we have access to another four subject to availability. Cots are also available on request.

Each apartment is very well equipped offering a large fridge with freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and iron with ironing board. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. There is a large bathroom with walk in shower and each apartment has its own individual water heater.

In the living area there is a dining table which can seat six, a large settee, two chairs and a coffee table. There is a television and a DVD player which also has the ability to play CD’s or you can connect your MP3 player if you take a suitable cable with you.

Each apartment has a floor safe located under the kitchen sink.

Outside there is a terrace with a table and four chairs and a barbeque chimney which would take a disposable barbeque (easily available from the supermarket).

Linen and towels are provided but you will need to take your own tea towels.

The apartments meets all Turkish health and safety requirements – smoke alarms, fire extinguisher etc.

The apartments are cleaned before arrival, during your stay if you are staying two weeks or longer and on your departure.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
