Located 950 metres from Port Gocek D-Marina, V.Melissa is in easy walking distance of all Gocek's amenities; no busy roads to cross and a car is not necessary.

Only 30 minutes from Dalaman Airport , Gocek and Villa Melissa present a world of tranquil beauty, blue skies and blue seas, early morning birdsong and sweet smelling flowers. Villa Melissa is a haven where you can indulge yourself in the art of relaxation. With ample seating in the garden guests can sunbathe or stay in the shade as they wish.

Villa Melissas pool is terrific for just cooling down or swimming laps for exercise. Villa Melissa guests have sole use of the pool in July and August when the owners are not in residence in Villa Papatya next door. There is an "outdoor gym" a few hundred metres from the villa where the energetic can keep up a fitness regime and many pleasant walks through the village and forest areas.

Gocek, sophisticated and chic, but never stuffy. Steeped in history and still unspoiled, Gocek is surrounded by the splendor of the Taurus Mountains, and blessed by the beauty of the famous 12 islands located in its bays.

Gocek still retains a village atmosphere, easily covered end to end in a 25 minute stroll. It is a sophisticated couples / family resort offering the chance to spend quality time with loved ones and friends far from the mass tourism areas. There is one main shopping street and you can find everything you might need there, including high quality ceramics and Turkish carpets.

Most of all Gocek is about relaxation, sailing and dining. There are many fine cafes and restaurants in Gocek, offering traditional Turkish cooking and modern "fusion style" dishes.

Freshly caught fish and organic locally grown meat and vegetables are a taste sensation - and you can buy the best produce in the local markets, especially the Sunday Market where the fruit and vegetables are really wonderful - its easy to have a healthy diet in Gocek

Villa is thoroughly cleaned before each booking. During your visits the maid will undertake a light cleaning and bed linen changed every 7 days. A good supply of bath + hand towels provided, and a pool towel for each guest.


NB Owners may be discretely in residence spring and late summer in adjoining Villa Papatya. Villa Papatya is not normally available for rent, however owners may let both villas to larger family groups on request, maximum number of guests in both villas is 12 persons. 10 % discount applies to double villa bookings.
