We liked the house and found it very practical. The garden and the pool were in very good condition. The location is great and you can walk to a lot of places, either restaurants or the next bigger town. If you like jogging you can start from the house and run along the beach promenade towards Turgutreis. Perfect!

On arrival very relieved to find that the villa was as good, or better, than it appeared in the advert. It was attractive, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Manager and agent both English speaking and helpful. Being late in season we found some local restaurants and shops closed or providing reduced menus and services. Cant understand why it is considered late season as weather was perfect, but maybe to do with UK/European school holidays? If wanting to sightsee a car would be helpful, but dolmus service is frequent and cheap. We just wanted to stay put and relax, so ideal for us. Suggest updat e of outside photograph as trees and garden now more mature. Lovely pool only metres from doors (unfenced, so might be an issue with a toddler).
We loved it.

The villa is lovely, well equiped and decorated throughout. Carl and Jo were very friendly and helpful as was Akin, a turkish taxi driver come font of local knowledge. The villa management use him when booking airport transfer to the villa and we used him several times after that.
we were a family of 7, so the bedrooms were a squeeze but we knew that as this is a 6 bed villa. the living area both inside and out were just right, homely but not cluttered. The swimming pool is wonderful and as we were there in July, this was well used to cool us down in the summer heat!
the beach at Turgutreis is nicer than the beach at kadkalesi and is a short ride on the frequent Dolmuss ( local bus).
we used a taxi to do the big food shopping trips, its about £8 each way.we all had a fantastic time and would definately use this villa again in the future.
I would recommend this villa to friends.

Lovely villa, very clean and very well equipped with all the crockery, utensils etc you could ever need.
The swimming pool is spotless and very well attended to by the "Poolman" Karl who is extremely helpful as are the gardens that he tends.
The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and the town of Turgutreis. Transport links via the dolmus are very good, but we hired a car to enable us to go under our own steam.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

We rented the villa for 10 days at the beginning of June 2012 a great time of year, as the weather was hot but bearable. The villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and well equipped. The children especially enjoyed the pool, as it was surprising warm and pleasant.
The best thing about the villa for us was the mosquito protection on all the windows. We left Turkey without a bite between us and since we’re a family full of allergies it was such a blessing.
Turgutreis is a great location not too busy, a little rustic, and a perfect base for access to the beach, to shop and to explore the area without the need for a car. I recommend it!

This was a superb holiday. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully laid out and the location is very quiet and secluded. The agents were really helpful and everything was in excellent order in and around the property. We enjoyed the privacy and because we went ahead of UK holidays, we had the pool to ourselves for half of the ten days! Nevertheless, as there are only six villas around the pool, it will never be overcrowded. We will definitely go back and recommend it to friends as it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The children didnt want to leave and we have all fallen in love with Turkey and the Turkish people, who were all friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. Quiet area, villa was extremely spacious very well appointed and really, you want for nothing in terms of what this property offers. Location is good, very close to the village and town. Beaches very close to the villa (within walking distance) We visited Gumusluk a lot as we loved the ambience and quite artisan feel, beautiful restaurants and very friendly locals. Driving around this area afforded spectacular views & some of the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! We would highly recommend a stay at this stunning villa-superb!

This was our 2nd visit to the property and although there had been major building projects within the vicinity since our last visit we were not disappointed. The villa had been improved with the addition of mosqutio blinds and extra security had also been added. The villa itself was as we remembered, clean, airy and set in pleasant surroundings.

Lovely, well maintained comfortable property in good location. Godd sized pool, also well maintained. Plenty of space around the pool for the 6 properties on the site. Close to beaches & local dolmus service. Pleasant walking in the area, mainly on the flat.
Very comfortable beds, lovely large towels, plenty of domestic equipment for self catering, all in all a lovely place.

Great property in a pretty location handy for the beach and buses to Turgetreis. It was everything we had expected and just right for a relaxing holiday. The arrival and departure arrangements were easy and flexible, everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming and despite the weather being less than perfect we had a lovely time.
Thanks very much!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this villa! The location was brilliant, nice and quiet and pretty but within walking distance of the busier resort of Turgutreis. The pool and gardens are lovely and the villa is beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable and has everything you could wish for. Always the photos on the internet look far nicer than in reality, but not in this case the photos dont do it justice.
Would definately like to holiday here again!

This is an excellent place to stay with a fab pool and near Turgutreis without being TOO close.
Villa is very well kitted out and the gardens and terrace are a delight.
Hire a car to get the best out of the peninsula as there are many places to go see - but the dolmus [local buses] are fine otherwise.
Must go - Gumusluk for the Fish restaurants
Turgutreis on Sat for the market
Bodrum for the castle with the marine archeology displays

The villa was excellent, as was the standard of cleanliness on arrival. The kitchen contained everything we needed and we especially enjoyed having a barbeque and eating outside on the veranda. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well kept and cleaned regularly.
Our transport from and to the airport was good and on time. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa.

New mozzie screens were fantastic, coupled with bug plugs I got more bites in the UK than I did in Turkey.
Villa and pool is great - 2 other families made for great entertainment for the kids - team volleyball in the pool - fab! Leaving me to tan with my books...
Great fish restaurant in nearby Kadikalesi on the beach within easy strolling distance if you are carless. We had a car which meant we could do more BBQs at the villa as shopping was easier. Carrefour do cooked hot chickens for takeouts as well in Turgutreis.
Definately recommend this villa as a fab family holiday, we had 3 kids aged 9, 13 and 16 and evryone had enough space.
Brilliant.

Me and my family spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Vickis great villa in Kalakadesi Turkey.
Everything about the villa was good, from the equipment to the decorations. The position of the villa was excellent, close to all facilities, the pool was excellent, clean and well kept.
overall we all had a wonderful time and this was due to everYthing being thought about in our villa.
Thank you so much for such a great stay.

THE VILLA MORE THAN REACHED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND HAD EVERYTHING ONE WOULD NEED AND MORE. A CAR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED PARTICULARY IF STOPPING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. AS NOT ALL THE VILLAS WERE BOOKED WHEN WE WERE THERE WE PRACTICALLY HAD THE POOL TO OURSELVES WHICH WAS A BONUS.
WE HAD A WONDERFUL TWO WEEKS AND THOUGHT THE VILLA PROVIDED OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR MONEY.

Excellent, well maintained property. Just as described on the website. All the locals were very friendly and helpful. A couple of good value for money restaurants nearby. Need a car if want to do some exploring outside of the local bus route.First time visit to Turkey, I would recommend this area and this villa.

The house was really comfortable and spacious. The utilities were new and of a very good quality. The apartment was tastefully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches like the CDs and DVDs. Cooking was a pleasure due to the quality of the kitchen and the local produce. Eating out was also easy, well-priced and of a really good quality. The bigger bedroom has plenty of space for two and the smaller one has ample space. The roof terrace adds to the choices for privacy, eating and sunbathing.
The pool is a good size and the area around it is well maintained. In fact, the attention from the locals to our needs was pitched just right.
Walking from the house to the beach and the town was a pleasure and the local bus service is impressive, friendly and cheap. I intend to return and I highly recommend this.

We came for a quiet 'get away from it all' break. the villa is very well appointed - both inside and out. Everyone we met has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. All the arrangements were as promised. The infomation booklet was very useful. It was our first visit to Turkey and we would recommend the area and the villa, verdict 10/10

We had a fantastic time, the villa was very well equipped.
Lovely relaxing by the pool on the very comfortable sun beds.
Plenty to do in the surrounding towns and the people were great.
Lovely meals at the Monalisa restaurant in Turgetries.
Would definitaly go back.

The villa is equipped to very high standards and the grounds & pool are very well maintained. The collection & drop off service is effiecent & promt and the driver (Akin) is friendly & helpful. The information pack provided in the villa is informative & useful, particularly if you've never been to this part of Turkey before. During your stay you must try the Dolmus bus services, they're an experience not to be missed! I would, without the slightest hint of reservation, recommend this villa and the service provided and both myself & my sister have already made plans to return next year. 10/10

This holiday was extremely relaxing and successful-with smooth transfers and excellent friendly help and advice from the Mandalinci Hotel agents. The villa far exceeded our expectations, being clean, superbly and tastefully furnished, and well-equipped.We spent a lot of time relaxing, grounds were pretty and well-kept, pool was large and clean, and peaceful surroundings all added to a wonderful atmosphere. Advice from the folder in the villa was really helpful and we ventured on a lovely boat trip from Turgatreis and a trip to a Turkish bath.A superb holiday, we would definitely recommend and return.

The Villa was really well furnished and equipped and exceeded our expectations. All the rooms were spacious and clean and the owners have obviously gone to the trouble to provide everything you could require including games, DVDs books etc. The villa is in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach and also the lively town of Turguetreis. The swimming pool was excellent, large, clean and usually empty. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and would highly recommend the villa and the area to other people. The accomodation offered perfect opportunities to relax in peace and quiet but there was also ample opportunity for sight seeing visits, with instructions to book excursions helpful and easy to follow. We are already planning a return visit!

This holiday was by far the best we have had. The villa was stunning. It was very well decorated and had a lovely homely feel. We spent our whole week there, by the fantastic pool which was cleaned every day, along with our sun loungers ready for the mornings. You couldn’t ask for anything more with lots of games, books, music and DVD’s which kept us all entertained and very relaxed. The villa had a very helpful information pack which enabled us to find a cheap and friendly taxi service for our shopping trips. Although we didn’t see too much of Turkey we would recommend the villa to everyone. It’s beautiful and we will definitely be going back! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Thanks you for your email. Yes, I would book again and yes, we had a good holiday. Thank you for all the information that you provided and thanks especially for all the wonderful facilities provided at your villa. They were second
to none and I personally enjoyed the range of novels. I also loved the scented nappy bags! That was a most thoughtful touch.
The sun shone every day and the pool was ready and cleaned every morning. The sunsets were marvellous affairs and we had the option of so many places to eat it was hard to choose. Taxis to and from Tugutreis were easy to find
and cheap. For me, the only downside was that I suffered a bad reaction to some mosquito bites I got along the shore one day and I ended up having to have one lanced to stop infection spreading. But the other [male] members of
our family all loved the sun and the villa and were delighted that we had decided to choose it.
Thanks again for your enquiry and for letting us have the opportunity to rent your wonderful villa. If all your other visitors have as good a time as
we did, then you will have a lot of satisfied customers!

Villa contents/facilities were excellent and very clean. We loved it - and had a great holiday. My only comment would be I would have appreciated a recommendation to hire a car as at times we felt a little bit remote. However overall the villa/pool etc were excellent. Thanks for a great holiday.

the house is lovely - light and spacious with ethnic touches. It is also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is in a quiet location and set in lovely landscaped gardens with a good-sized swimming pool. A short walk takes you to the main road where you can pick up a dolmus to take you to Gumusluk, Turtegreis or Bodrum. The beach and local shops are also within easy reach. I can recommend this property for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a lovely setting.
