We had an amazing holiday - we loved the apartment and the resort. It was great value for money and beyond our expectations. The apartment was clean and we loved the terrace. The resort was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the main pool at the bottom of the resort, as we could get drinks by the pool and then retreat to the restaurant for a break from the sun and a relaxing lunch. The discount card made the drinks and food very affordable. We eat out most evenings in Kalkan and got a taxi from the reception near the shop. Taxis were cheap and food out was very affordable. All in all the best holiday weve had to Turkey and we will definitely being coming back!! Thanks

Palm 235 is a fantastic apartment and we had the most brilliant 10 day stay. Its well positioned within the resort and is quite private which is really nice. The apartment is well furnished, spacious and nicely decorated. It also has a few nice little extras such as a dishwasher and a TV with DVD which at the price you pay puts Palm 235 head and shoulders above other similarly priced apartments.
Martin is incredibly helpful and happy to answer any questions you might have (even when like me you ask the same questions several times!!), and his local agent Mehmet is also very helpful. This place really is a little gem within a great resort, and Kalkan as a whole is the most fabulous place to just go and chill out, eat amazing food, relax, shop and enjoy yourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment in Patara Prince. As stated it is in a quiet part of the resort, which suited us while being well situated for the shop, infinity pool and bus. The apartment is well equipped and stylish. The midweek clean was a welcome surprise. Martin arranged airport transfer and a welcome pack for us, which made for an easy start to our holiday. We would definately recommend this apartment. Lovely area to sit out and relax on an evening and morning. Thanks again, Michael and Diane.

Lovely apartment, particularly the tastefully decorated bedroom, really comfortable. Feel nice and relaxed after a few days of rest and sunshine. Our third visit to Kalkan and never fails to impress. Good food and friendly people. Best restaurants for us have been: The Old Trading House, Coast and Aubergine. Thursday market was fun and as end of season got some good bargains. Weather has been good apart from one day of rain. We will be back with the rest of the family next time. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us stay in the lovely Palm 235 apartment. The apartment is perfect for couples and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday in Kalkan. It is very tastefully decorated and is very comfortable to stay in. As a young couple, we were looking for a quiet break to enjoy each others company and relax. Palm 235 was the perfect place for us! It is very good value for money so we would definitely rebook Palm 235 in the future and would happily recommend it to others. Martin was very helpful when organising our holiday. He organised the transfer to Kalkan from Dalaman airport and back again. Everything went smoothly, ensuring a stress-free start and end to our holiday! It was lovely to meet the owners, it is clear that they are both passionate about ensuring that their guests have a lovely stay in their apartment. As they live in Turkey, they were able to offer hands-on assistance and advice which was great. This was our second stay at the Patara Prince Resort. The shuttle bus around the resort is an absolute life saver, especially as the heat regularly exceeded 40 degrees during our week stay. The 3 pools are lovely the infinity pool is the nearest to the apartment at the top of the resort and it tended to be very quiet. The rest of the resort is clean and tidy and very picturesque. Some of the staff around the resort are charming, however on the whole I found them to be disappointing and were not always entirely helpful. We only ate at the resort twice and found that the food at restaurants in Kalkan offered more choice and was of a much better quality. Taxis into Kalkan are expensive at 15 Turkish Lira so the shuttle boat was a cheaper and much more scenic alternative, although it stops running at 7pm. There is a small supermarket close to the apartment which offers the basics, however it is expensive and shopping at the larger supermarkets in Kalkan is much cheaper. Thanks again, we shall look forward to staying in Palm 235 again in the future!

We loved Kalkan, its so laid back and we didnt have 1 bad or disappointing experience. Activities wise, I would highly recommend a boat tour on the Yildiz boats - there are 2, Yildiz 2 or 3 and the captains are brothers and their wives cook lunch and make afternoon tea. We stopped at 3 different swimming spots that day which were lovely and we were spoilt by the delicious food too! Each boat takes 12-14 people and there is enough space for everyone to get a full sun lounger, as well as extra seating around the boat too. It was my favourite day by far. As for food, we had 4 great meals in Kalkan:
1. Korsan Meze down at the front. Not a rooftop restaurant, great setting though by the harbour. Wonderful Turkish food.
2. Hunkar Ockabasi - proper Turkish Ockabasi restaurant. Voted number 1 on Trip Advisor. 45 TYL for 2 huge mains of grilled meat and a lamuchan starter, 1 wine and 1 beer. And it was great, and very popular too - they had run out of the kebabs they are famous for!
3. The Olive Tree Rooftop restaurant. Homemade fresh olive bread was amazing, as well as the selec tion of complimentary dips too. Really good service, the best we had, fantastic food and free donuts with chocolate sauce, and a lemon cake for pudding. Probably my favourite all-round all week. I had chicken wrapped in Aubergine with green beans and tomatoes. Im hungry just thinking about it! Turkish focus but slightly european menu.
4. Korsan Fish Terrace. Amazing fish restaurant, we had calamari to start (the best I have ever had) and I had calamari & prawn skewers with a chick-pea & roasted veg. My boyfriend had a fish platter, lots of different fish that was all delicious. I wasnt over-awed by the service though, we had pre-booked but when we got there our booking had gone so we were squeezed in with one of us not having a harbour view (which was why we had pre-booked) and then were left for about 10 minutes whilst they sorted out a larger group. However, it got better and the food was delicious.

Just returned from Palm 235, you could not wish for anything more, from the moment we booked, to our transfer back to the airport, everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice, everything you need, even a tortoise that visits your own little garden! Lounge area, bedroom and bathroom, have all been refurbished recently, to a high standard. All in all, great value for money, it would take a lot of beating, having looked around, it must be one of the best one bedroom apartment in Patara Prince Resort. We had a great holiday at Palm 235. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Apartment had everything we needed and was modern, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Patara Prince Resort in Kalkan and we both would definitely return. It holds a very special place in our hearts too as on this holiday we got engaged. It was love from the first sight. The whole place was incredibly cozy. The view was magnificent. You really have put in the effort to make the apartment perfect and we really did love your touch of decoration. The internet even worked on the balcony. As we are from Egypt the palm tree in the middle of the garden made us feel at home. You are very cheerful and welcoming. Thank you for providing us with a lovely vacation, we wish we had stayed longer.

We had a great holiday in Kalkan and the apartment was lovely. We went in October so a lot of the facilities at Patara Prince were closed, but it was still a very comfortable place to stay and in easy walking distance of the beautiful town of Kalkan.

You have tastefully decorated the apartment and left the homely welcome factor in there as well, which not many people achieve - well done. We have had a lovely relaxing holiday on our second visit to Kalkan. We have been to Doy Doy, excellent steaks, we also went to Adams, he collected us and bought us back, so over did the wine and brandy! Firstly can I thank you for kindly finding me alternative flights when Aegean went into administration. The service both prior, during and after my holiday was exceptional, with extremely useful information to help make our holiday one to remember. Palm 235 is absolutely delightful having been lovingly refurbished and the interior design is stunning. Stewart and I spent many a happy hour on the balcony just chilling drinking wine and watching the cats Tabitha, Jerry and Rosie play on the balcony and enjoying the food and milk. There is everything in the villa you could want and we were delighted that Martin shared his holiday home with us. This is a place we would definitely come back to and will tell friends and family about Palm 235 and the lovely resort of Kalkan. This was our first time to Kalkan and we absolutely loved the place and will definitely return to this little gem. The gardens of Patara Prince are lovely to walk round and we enjoyed our time mainly at the infinity pool which we usually had to ourselves. The lower pools were usually very busy, so we chose the infinity pool most days. Kalkan town is a delight and the people are extremely friendly. Please use Martins phrase book which is in the safe as when you try to speak Turkish their eyes light up and its really appreciated. Kalkan at night comes alive and the rooftop restaurants are amazing. Our very favourite was Gironda. The area you sit for a pre dinner drink is wonderful. The food and the service second to none. Other restaurants we enjoyed were Doi Doi and Olive Garden. Another must for you holiday makers is a trip on one of the boats in the harbour, this is a great day out with a superb lunch, then fruit and cakes and tea in the afternoon. Its highly recommended and extremely reasonable for a full day out at sea. I hope you all enjoy your stay at the wonderful Palm 235. Kind regards Heather & Stewart

We enjoyed our stay in Palm 235, watching the kittens playing and sitting on the terrace with a cold drink at the end of a hot day was lovely! The apartment was lovely, clean and well maintained. We have had a fantastic holiday here in Kalkan, your apartment is lovely well equipped, beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. It was also nice to meet you both on our arrival and communication prior to our arrival was informative and welcome. We have spent many evenings eating at some lovely restaurants and truthfully you could eat somewhere different every night. Whilst there I suggest you try "Adams", he will collect you from Patara Prince Resort and dro p you home again and at no cost. It is a family run restaurant using home grown produce, the lamb shank is fantastic, give it ago, you wont be disappointed. We are already planning our next visit to Palm 235. Thank you.

WOW this was the best holiday we have ever been on! There are lots of reasons for this. THE APARTMENT - beautifully decorated, cool and inviting. THE WEATHER - lovely and hot. KALKAN - very safe and friendly, our favourite restaurant was Doy Doy which we went to most. Saffron was also very good. Sorry for the really late feedback, but we had a great time, late in the season so much quiter, but that meant we had the pool to our selves on some days. The apartment is perfect in every way really well renovated with a sea view, next relaxing spot would recommend. Worth taking a drive along the coast to Kas, easy drive with lovely scenery and Kas is a lovely fishing town full of character, spot of a Kaputas beach on the way back for a swim and then into Kalkan for a meal at one of the many brilliant restaurants, our favourite was Doy Doy. We had a great time at Palm 235 and would happily recommend it to friends and family for their holidays! We found the apartment itself, as well as the view and surrounding area to be beautiful. Although the weather wasnt quite as hot as we thought it would be, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing, exploring the local area and eating lots of great Turkish food the people we met were all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We also left a note in the back of the guide book for you and some information for future guests - it was a really nice touch having comments that people who had previously stayed there had left, with info. about good local restaurants and things we may not necessarily have found out easily on our own. Thanks for making the holiday very easy and providing a beautiful place to stay!

We stayed out of season, so there were very few facilities available on the resort, but a relaxing break away from it all was exactly what we needed. We would highly recommend staying at Palm 235. We had a fabulous holiday staying at Palm 235. The apartment has been the perfect base for our 2nd holiday in Kalkan. The apartment is beautifully decorated and wonderfully refurbished. The terrace with views of Kalkan Bay is incredibly picturesque. We had a jam packed 12 days, here are a few highlights. 1) Moonlight Boat Trip - with Ali on his boat Zeus, you see amazing sunset, get to watch Ali snorkel at night with a torch and spear gun your dinner, then enjoy a wonderful meal under the stars. 2) Saklikent Gorge - second time we have done this a still loads of fun. 3) Patara Beach - wonderful sandy beach. 4) Kas at Night - we got a taxi (cost 70 TL) wonderful fish restaurants, we loved The Dolphin Restaurant. 5) Restaurants in Kalkan - we ate out every night, and we think its amazing value for money. We loved Aubergine, Saffron and Istanbulls and finally 6) Cocktails at our favourite bar - Al Fresco. We had a great time and would recommend Kalkan and Palm 235. Thanks

Our second stay at Palm 235 was every bit as positive as the last one. I firmly believe that 235 offers fantastic value for money and a great standard of accomodation, which hasbeen improved further since our stay in 2009. We will be returning again, and would encourage others to do likewise!

Patara prince resort is a secret little haven. The apartment was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed all the amenities that Patara prince offers .The shuttle bus is a god send on those sunny days and the choice of pools are fantastic. We loved going into Kalkan to the many different restaurants and traveling by the hotels shuttle boat. We also enjoyed some nights cooking in the villa and eating on the terrace in candlelight. The beaches especially Patara beach was fantastic. The staff were superb on the resort and the boat trip with the mud bath was great value for money. All in all we so enjoyed our stay here and will definatly be booking another trip to Patara prince resort. Martin thanks for making our holiday run very smoothly. Cheers Carla and Paul

What can I say the apartment was beautiful, very tastefully decorated (loved the bedroom) everything that you needed for your stay was catered for. Loved sitting on the balcony with an Efes and just
chilling out. The complex was outstanding the gardens something else. I dont think there is anything you could do to improve the
apartment and the customer service from yourself and Mehmet down to your cleaner could not be faulted. Hope one day to return to Kalkan and would not hesitate to book Palm 235 again. Thank you Donna and Tony

We could have done with an extra few days as we were so relaxed and comfortable - but unfortunately its back to the real world. We had a really lovely time. Palm 235 was perfect. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed, love the little garden as well with the table and chairs - spent quite a few evenings with a glass of wine out there. The cleaner came every few days and did a great job and was really friendly. We had some regular visitors to the garden, a mother and her kitten which was really nice. What a fantastic 2 weeks we spent at Patara Prince Resort in Kalkan, the place is just beautiful, very peaceful and private. The pools, especially the Infinity Pool are great and with water sports on the shoreline! Palm 235 is a lovely apartment, well equipped and great renovation but with the stone walls the property still has a characterful feeling. We enjoyed many evenings drinking too much!! on the terrace watching the sun go down. A very peaceful spot that we would recommend to everyone. Cheers

Many thanks for a perfect stay at Palm 235. It`s obvious you have put a lot of effort into making this place special. Both Karen and I were also grateful for the meet and greet at Patara. We have stayed in a number of advertised `quality` apartments but found your one to be far the best we have stayed in. Everything you state in your description is correct. We really dont think we could get better value for money.
As for Patara Prince Resort, we thought it was stunning. We mainly stayed around the main pool in the daytime and went into Kalkan in the evening.The people there are so friendly and helpful, to be honest it is not something you get in most resorts. I would definitely recommend Palm 235 and if we return to Kalkan we will be

We had a fantastic week and the apartment was excellent, we found the accommodation to be of a very high standard with a good location within the resort. The shaded terrace was a big bonus to get us out of the very warm heat and provided a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

We really loved our time at Palm 235. The apartment itself was beautiful and very well equipped. A lot of extra special touches around the place, the candles and so on. I was thrilled to see wild tortoises on the path! Patara Prince is really a taste of luxury. We felt totally pampered for the whole time. Kalkan was great fun and we had some wonderful meals out. Would thoroughly recommend the boat trips available. We thought the one going from Kas was superb. Going in early June meant that some of the facilities were not yet open at PP, but this was not a problem at all. Some days we were by the pools all by ourselves! Great to use the swimming platforms and having the benefit of sea-swimming without getting covered in sand. You were such a great help before during and after booking with you and again in the resort. Everything was absolutely perfect - we cant wait to sort out next years trip, maybe even later this year!!!!

The apartment is located about a 5 minute drive from Kalkan but you can see the town from Patara Prince Resort. The apartment itself is renovated to a very high standard with all mod cons and everything you need, with a lovely terrace where my husband and I used to sit outside watching the sun go down with a glass of wine! It is at the top of the resort but there is a free shuttle bus on hand all day to take you up or down to the main pool. The pool is very quiet with lots of sunbeds and very relaxing and a restaurant overlooking the sea is very close. We enjoyed many lunches and a couple of evening meals, which were absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to really enjoy chatting to people. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year, I can honestly say it is the nicest place we have ever stayed and have already recommended it to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay in your Patara Prince apartment. Its cosy and well organised. The resort is quite impressive from the architectural point of view and the gardens are great. The location of your apartment is away of common paths so there are not many people passing by your terrace. This a very good point. Also the little garden is an important extra when you have a child like us. The apartment was cool and the stone very nice. Its a great location and both adults and kids can enjoy it. We loved our holiday in Turkey and really enjoyed our stay at Palm 235. The apartment was ideal for the 2 of us and as we were particularly looking for a quiet environment were delighted that this proved to be exactly what we had. Thank you Martin for coming to settle us in,

Our 3rd visit to the stunning Patara Prince Resort set in beautiful Kalkan. We love it here - its our own little peace of heaven. Palm 235 is a real gem. We found your apartment full of character, well equipped and very smart and clean. We particularly appreciated the dishwasher - who wants to do the dishes on holiday? We enjoyed many glasses of wine watching the sunset from the apartment terrace and of course dining at our favourite candlelit restaurant in Kalkan. Thank you Martin for all the help and advice throughout and for saving us money too with our flights, car hire etc. Overall, a very romantic and supremely relaxing break - perfect. We highly recommend Palm 235 - excellent value for money! We are already talking about our holiday with our friends. Hope to see you again next year - this time for longer.

This certainly is a gorgeous & very romantic villa. The beautiful interior & furnishing, with all mod cons made every moment here perfect.
The stunning views, pools & town take your breath away.
We both felt so relaxed & safe it was hard to leave.

Just returned from a very enjoyable stay at Palm 235, cannot comment on a lot of the facilities as we were out of season (end Nov) but we were very warm and comfortable in this tastefully decorated apartment with wonderful views. Excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend this apartment. Overall we would rate this as an excellent holiday property with helpful and informative customer service.

We stayed at Palm 235 the 1st week in July 2009. Everything about this holiday was idyllic, the apartment was wonderful, very clean and well equipped and we found the terrace lovely in the evening, just to sit and relax and watch the sunset. The resorts facilities were excellent we spent many hours relaxing at the infinity pool. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment rental to anybody that wants to experience the delights of Kalkan and cant wait till we return next year. Thanks Martin for a fantastic, relaxing holiday.

Thank you for providing such a lovely apartment in a wonderful resort. Palm 235 is perfect for a couple or small family, very clean and well furnished. It is situated on the higher levels of the resort so wonderful for taking in the scenery and views as you make your way down to the facilities of the resort. All the staff we met and spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We took the half day Boat trip out which takes you to one of the outlying islands (about 30mins away) to swim and experience a ‘mud bath’ and they provide a BBQ dinner onboard before heading back to the resort. Was definitely worth it - we could sunbathe on the boat or swim in the sea when anchored up but it was most memorable for the views of the coastline and refreshing sea breeze! We visited Kalkan by boat from the resort (3lira pp) and by taxi (10lira) – only a few minutes away for restaurants and to browse around the shops. The harbour is perfect for people and boat watching. We also spent a day at Patara Beach, just 15mins away by car. The beach has good facilities and is vast! Although we only stayed 4 nights, we didn’t feel rushed as the atmosphere at the resort is very relaxing and tranquil. We would definitely recommend staying at Palm 235 at Patara Prince Resort to anyone looking to stay around the Kalkan area and we look forward to returning there ourselves.

Our stay at your lovely apartment was everything we had hoped for. The property is marvellous and you have created a very comfortable "nest" for your guests. My husband was particularly appreciative of the much-larger-than-usual shower you have installed and I was pleased with the very nice cookware you have selec ted. The upgrades you have made are thoughtfully done and the furnishings and decor is very pleasing. We couldnt have asked for more solicitous hosts. You certainly went above and beyond in trying to insure that our time with you was all we had hoped for and you succeeded. The owners of Palm235 have done a wonderful job on the renovation of the property. The whole place feels very light and modern, and has been
decorated / furnished beautifully. The walk in shower in the bathroom is huge. The double kitchen work surface is a real bonus for a single
bedroom apartment. The bedroom is beautiful, with plenty of storage space. The inside dining area is great for a meal, if the temperature gets too much. And most importantly! The patio area is an ideal place to relax, enjoy a drink, and watch the sun setting at the end of a day. Would definitely recommend.

We fell in love with Kalkan on this our first trip to Turkey. Patara Prince was an excellent choice and great base for soaking up the beauty of Kalkan. The apartment is modern, well equipt and spacious, especially the king size bed – heaven! We enjoyed many a bottle of wine on the patio in the evening. The pool areas here were also amazing all 3 have views out to the sea and an infinity pool – wow! One thing that sticks in my mind was the beautiful aroma from the pretty flowers, it smells and feels like you’re in paradise. The restaurants in Kalkan were amazing! Most of them being candle lit and roof top so that you can further enjoy the pretty views – very romantic! There was such a wide choice of food available and it was all reasonably priced and delish! I would highly recommend the apartment and Patara Prince. It’s a hidden little gem. We had a truly relaxing break. Will be booking again very soon for next year. Thanks Lisa & Andy

apartment.Palm 235 was everything it stated it was on the web site, comfortable, beautifully appointed,large enough for 4 and fully equipped with everything we needed. Definately superior
in quality than the one we stayed in last time. Nice sea view from the terrace and a quieter location for us away from the road. we would recommend palm 235 to anyone without hesitation, and the owners couldnt do enough for us,we will be back next year,and realise we will have to get booked early to get palm235 again. 5 out of 5 rating from us thanks Calvin and party

EXCELLENT appartment!! I would recommend to anyone, as there is something for everyone.
BEAUTIFUL resort, very romantic, very relaxed atmosphere. Also enough close by for a family.
Only very short boat ride to Kalkan town. V, cheap.
Lovely restaurants, beautiful food, great sample of Turkish life in an excellent location.

Stayed here with friends in Summer, was still relativly quiet. Loved it. The bed in the bedroom is v. comfortable and if two of you dont mind the sofa bed it sleeps 4. I stayed with 3 others and had no probs at all.
