The Villa is great for families and groups of friends a like offering a good range of facilities for full-time fun.
Located within 10 minutes walk of Ladies Beach, the Villa is located in a quiet residential neighboring also Holiday Lets like itself.
Entrance to the property is gated, through the garden. There is a parking space in the front garden, you may ask for the keys to the parking gates if you require them.
Through the main door you enter the ground floor entrance hall leading to a large comfortable lounge, large kitchen and dining area. With sliding doors opening to ample terrace looking down to swimming pool you will have a lot more space. 2 sofa beds, 2 armchairs. There is a large dining table and chairs for 10 people on this terrace. A toilet room on the entrance level with a shower and washing machine.
Below at pool level is where you will spend most your time whilst on holiday in this villa. 2 bedrooms with one of them en-suite, one spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen and a pool table. Outside a Private Pool with a Children's pool, Table and Chairs, a BBQ and Table Tennis. The Sauna is in the Wet room on this level.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, Air-Con unit, wardrobe, 2 bed side tables. Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and an Air-Con unit.
A short walk up stairs to the First Floor and Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed, bed side tables, walk-in wardrobe, Air-Con unit and a bathroom with a small bath tub. Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with own bathroom with shower, wardrobe, bed side tables and Air- Con unit. Bedroom 3:An other twin bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe, bed side tables and an Air-Con unit.
At the second floor there is one private suite with a private kitchen, a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom one Air-Con unit 2 large terraces with sea view. These terraces are perfect areas for private sunbathing.
There are 3 kitchens in total FIRST FLOOR an open plan Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, Dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment. TOP FLOOR There is an other kitchen on this level to provide the privacy our guests would need. Kitchen offers a small fridge freezer, a cooker hob(No oven). POOL LEVEL An other kitchen on this level completes the settings you'd be looking for in a holiday property this size. You don't need to run up and down the stairs for cooking. A cooker hob(No oven), a small fridge freezer placed here with all the other equipment you will need for your dinners by the pool.
There are a total of 7 bathrooms in the villa, 4 of them en-suite. Sauna is located in the basement floor with the Wet Room.
The Private Swimming Pool is 3,5m X 9,5m X 1,60m main pool and 2m X 3m X 0.70m children''s pool located in the garden of the villa. There is a large area for sunbathing and 12 sun loungers with cushions provided at this level. Also one large plastic dining table, 10 chairs and a Built-in BBQ provided.

Ladies Beach, the most popular beach in Kusadasi with it's colorful Promenade is just 800m away, you'll love the water sports on offer and there is a wide range of Restaurants and Cafe's (try SomeWhereElse, a great restaurant with amazing Food). The Town Centre of Kusadasi is 2 miles from the Villa, you may take the Local Bus (Dolmus) from just 100m away or you may take a Taxi at Reasonable Cost. The Town Centre is bustling with Tourists from all over the world most of whom visit by Ship, there is plenty of Shopping to do here! Kusadasi offers a Large Variety of Restaurants and Shops (from HandWoven Carpets, Souvenirs and Jewellery, you can find it all here).
If your Interested in Ancient History, there is plenty to see in the Local Area with the City of Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and the House of the Virgin Mary being the main Historic Attractions.
